I had this idea of a character action game that'd basically be a mix of this with vanquish and that highway scene in FF7 advent children after reading Biomega.

I love that they assume this is like hard post apocalypse and every time they see evidence to the contrary they question why that would exist in this time and never put together that it probably isn't a post apocalypse.
I like how realistic this game looks ... and then there's just these big cartoony yellow mario coins on the road sometimes.
Aren't the names Reapers and Phantoms kinda similar? Like, you've got three gangs, and two of them invoke images of ethereal apparitions.
I imagine these bikers aren't the most creative people and they all wanted cool death like names. Most of their gang wars are probably about whose copying who.

Ya know this game is kinda rough presentation wise but it's genuinely one of the most fun games I've ever played
Watching them completely ignore the extra weapons, explosives, guns, etc. they got from killing enemies or grabbing powerups was painful. When they were worried about destroying the trucks they were given stickybombs, with the Jackal leader they had a gun.
Anyone watch this and think to themselves "Man, I'd like Nintendo to make a new Mach Rider game"?

You can replace the player character models with Biker Mice from mars and this would be an awesome game. Because I fucking love Biker mice from mars and I know woolies still hates BMFM so much! Throttle is my favorite.
Wanting things specifically to spite Woolie is a philisophy I can respect.
