  • After 4 months and 3 videos I figured I'd introduce myself and tell you a little more about myself and why we started this channel!
We have a Patreon now! These videos take a long time and we can't do this full time (yet!) so if you want to help us not only continue to make these videos but also want to see more videos uploaded more frequently, than this is the best way to help!
Want physical prints of photos from each river/landscape/video? Want to have more input on where and what we shoot next?

I've really enjoyed your balanced and well-made videos. One story I've always wanted told, which is often lost in the broader tale of the German Hill Country is the much lesser story of the early German communities of Fayette County of the 1840s and 1850s; La Grange, Round Top, Bluff, Freyburg, Black Jack Springs, Biegel etcetera. I did some of that in my book, Fayettte County, but doing it in video format would be fantastic too.

Love the videos, TX History was one of my favorite classes in school. I agree... at this point choose topics that interest you and chances are we will find them as interesting

I would love to see the influence of Czech immigrants in Texas culture and how some of the Mexican and Czech cultures combined to make the Texas we know!
