The fact that you can hear him saying “Padme help me” as he’s being sealed into the suit he will wear for the rest of his life shows how amazing these movies are
Broken heart syndrome is very real, and this is very possible to happen to someone. Happens under extreme stress/emotion (kinda what shes gping through just only a little....) look at Carrie Fishers mother passing a day after her.

For MovieJoob he wasn't sedated because Sideous wanted him to suffer, to feel pain, it fueled his power, his hate, anger all of it and he was there for 3 days, imagine being in constant agony, struggling to breathe, see and hear for 72+ hours. Then he had to use the force to just fucking walk because he wasn't used to his legs yet and struggled, further fueling his hate and anger.

Come on, if anyone knows Padme, I don’t think she’d be weak enough to die of a broken heart. She may have been under a lot of stress, but to think she died of a broken heart is silly, at least in her case. Padme has always been very selfless person, especially in her marriage to Anakin. She would have kept fighting especially as a leader in the rebel alliance. I think what really happened is the theory that Darth sideous used the bond between her and Anakin to transfer her life force to Anakin. Now that is something sideous is capable of doing especially with his manipulation skills, not only that but there are still a lot of things about the Dark side that Sideous knows that we fans may not know about. Just watch the clone wars, and you will see exactly that when Sideous uses the former bond between Dooku and Yoda to try and bring the of Yoda
This scene is so sad.
This moment is one of many that made me hate Sheev Palpatine/Darth Sidious so f^^^ing much.
