Your setup is terrible. Get minimum 2 24 inch 1080p monitors and put them the correct distance from you eyes. Your current monitors are way too far away. For dev work 3 24 inch monitors in portrait mode works very well.
I currently use a 42" LG OLED as my main monitor with two 24 inch monitors in portrait mode on either side and it is the best setup I have ever used.
