Of the 100s of youbtube videoes ive watched this was honestly a lightbulb to help starting to correct my early extension...1 million chair drills will never work if you are just trying to rotate the hips. Right knee to left toe!

you do make it look simple but I struggle with this because when I put my right knee to left toe I tend to put my hips forward and then I am in the way of the club path so end up with early extension or massive in to out- you are pushing your left hip back when you rotate but thats not always instinctive which is why some of us end up sliding instead I try to sit down a bit which helps me turn my left hip backwards = how do you manage people who when they rotate push their right knee forward too much?

Hi Luke, Thanks for your comment. I will answer you question by making a video, which I will post on this channel in the next week or so.

I really like your videos and the right knee to left toe has been a game changer for me . Working on keeping hands behind the right knee on downswing with mixed success . Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks

Make sure your left side is turning the corner, then allow your hands to naturally swing through to the finish. The right knee to left toe forces the left side to open up 👍
