I was just listening to video doing some work, then that Train Whistle went off lol, thanks for catching that no matter how old I get seeing a train go by always amazes me how big and powerful they are. Have fun those small towns are amazing as well.
One of the best parts of staying 2 night in Cass was the multiple steam whistle going off thru the day. Such a cozy nostalgic feeling. I "might" have run to the porch each time. 😅
It was nice meeting everyone virtually. Cool ride. I thought, if Mike only had one spare master link, he’ll be looking for a replacement along the way. Fun fact: #89 bulbs are the most used flashlamp bulb in pre LED pinball machines. :-)
Mike! That’s a neatly equipped little Honda! There’s something special about traveling with a bike that was never designed for long journeys. I really enjoy your videos; the countryside looks beautiful. Firm handshake and safe travels from Uruguay!
@@donsoule6411 Deer were everywhere. On the ride, we were running less than 20mph, most of the time. You needed to be alert, but we were going so slow, had plenty of time to react. On the days I was running 45+, thru the woods, it was a little more stressful. Luckily, saw many of them, but none bounded out in front of me.
Thanks for taking us along! I am really interested in your final assessment of what went wrong with the engine that caused it to run poorly and if you can fix it easily or if the engine was damaged somehow. I have heard people say that running the engine full bore for a while can kill it, and you were putting it through some good work.
