Rasheed ran a steady race, even though the ending looked ugly, must have been right in the zone, probably didn't even have to think about clearing the hurdles. All that practice kept him in a steady rhythm, he trusted himself and didn't push. Because Holloway is so fast, and has to slow himself down at the hurdles with his unique arm action, it throws him off. I wonder if setting his starting blocks up a touch farther back, might keep him from running up on the first few hurdles too fast and keep him at high speed for longer. Would love to see the race slowed right down and see the timing of each foot step for both.
