- Welcome back to the channel! If this is your first time here I'm normally messing around with my Jeep or Ram on some modifications. Today I wanted to show off my muffler delete exhaust and show the difference of adding a new Dynomax muffler. I add sound clips of the before and after towards the end of the video. I really liked my muffler delete as Ive ran it for over a year with no muffler. I wanted to change things up and try this Dynomax muffler that I've researched online and I think sounded the best. Here is the links to everything I got off Amazon for this mod.

Just did this install to my JKU yesterday! Love it. Thanks for making the video.
Great video. Got a new sub when I saw you were a Vol fan too. GO VOLS!!!
I like it! Sounds killer
Patterson Performance thanks I enjoy the ride quality a lot more now
I just finished putting on the muffler. Followed you instructions and you helped make it simple. I just got back and the jeep sounds great! I am getting a little rattling. Did you have that and what did you do to stop it?
Thanks
Hey man. How does the new setup compare to the original for you? Im running stock at the moment and I want a bit more power without adding too much noise, as the area where I live cars are not allowed to be too noisy.
Like the lime ram
Sorry, I'm noob to mufflers, but will this specific muffler be good for my 2010 2 door JK? I know that it is bad to remove the stock muffler because of the back pressure: does this muffler provide the proper back flow so I do not damage or decrease performance on my jeep? Thanks!
Edit: I'm not looking for a loud muffler or performance buff or debuff, I simply think that the stock muffler is ugly! and I want it gone! But I want a sleek and small muffler added in its place so I do not delete the backflow and damage my jeep :(
Great video!
Sounds good but what head unit you got there ?
Anyone know how the 3.8 sounds with this muffler? Really don’t want anything too loud
Ok maybe a stupid question but on the new jeeps can you. Run no cat and no muffler? I know on the old one's you can .
You think this would have issues when crossing water?
How do you like your radio upgrade?
How would you describe the volume 1-5? 1 being stock and 5 being the muffler delete. I'm considering doing this.
3
Where did you get all the orange like light bar brackets and suck wanting orange accessories for my jk but can only find some of it
Matt Brewer painted it
What brand is your radio?
What size exhaust tip is on it? And where did you get that stereo set up? Is it like apple play?
should be in the links below I think its 2.5. there's a video on the head unit nothing hardly works on it I wouldn't suggest it to anyone
Thank you for posting your video, muffler sound is just right. Regarding your stereo, what brand and model is it? I like the fact that is has a good size screen and a perfect fit from what I saw.
Made a video on it. Not recommend
@@SethRighi Jeep Headunit to the Seicane 10inch Android unit , Good to know will view it later today, I'm looking for something with a rear view camera for my 2017 JKUR, mine didn't come with one and its a pain when it comes to backing up, anyways Thanks.
If I still have full stock exhaust is there any benefit to this mod? I do hate seeing the huge muffler from the back...
Brandon White you would gain better fuel mileage slightly. Better sound and performance and get rid of that huge muffler and gain ground clearance
Is that the stock tail pipe? Jeep looks killer bud!!
Surprised just didn't get rid of resonator.
I installed the Dynomax and love the sound. I'm getting some rattling noise when stopped in gear. Did anyone else have the issue? If so how did you fix it. Great video!
where the gas tank at doe?
Hey what radio display are you running?
Diesel Wilson there’s a video on it under jeep playlist
Bruh great video but gah damn if you aint outta breath lol
Sounds just like my 4.0
I wonder what it would have sounded like without the resonator…..
Sounds great I did it to mine
What radio up date is that?
?
Is this a 3.6 or a 3.8 ?
3.6
sounds same as my straight piped version lol
still dope tho for $80 to make it "legal"
Don’t mean to be a jerk man but they entire point of this was too delete the resonator. You left it and installed a mid pipe as well 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@SethRighi that’s what I was saying watching you waste your time on this stupid ass video 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think the exhaust system I came up with really sounds good with no gurgling that many end up having. I have several friends that have done this same system. Magnaflow muffler or similar and replace the resonator with a glasspack or similar stainless freeflow canister muffler. Good throaty sound with no gurgle that a resonator delete or muffler delete has. Everyone has their likes and dislike but I like a good throaty system with no gurgle
what system, elaborate please.
Hatuey McFarland read my comment. It describes the exhaust systems I have used on two JKs
Jesus, what do you do for a living?
3.6 just remove muffler $0
Neil street_legal_go_kart that’s what I had done it’s too loud and raspy
@@SethRighi not a lot of good options on the 2-door I don't think a glasspack would make much difference.
Ew, automatic. Respect lost.
TanTheMan good thing I almost wouldn’t sleep tonight knowing that
@CHazinite Casualties LOL actually yes, I used to own a JK and if you can't figure out how to feather the clutch there's always 4 wheel low that will literally crawl up a mountain for you. Respect I own. Thanks.
@CHazinite Casualties did you really just say that an automatic is more reliable than a stick on the trail?? Honestly I couldn't tell with how broken that English is lol, but I'm pretty sure that's what you said and that's absolutely hilarious. Good try though!
@@tntproductions2504 have Built multiple Jeeps, and play in the rocks with a manual. proper gearing and 4 low and it basically was a auto lol. I do love my manual. but my last jk kept going through throw out bearings ( along with a buddy of mine) so when I upgraded to another jeep I went with auto for that only reason.
@@nismofan740 amen. ive killed 2 throwout bearings in 3 years. sticks have a lot of problems lol
