Looks really nice and saucy, just how I like it. Will definitely try with coconut oil as I'm out of palm oil brought back from GH. The ones you get in UK sometimes taste so bad it can spoil your whole meal!
Since I tried this coconut oil instead of red oil, it has now become my favourite way of eating beans stead of using palm oil. Yes, I completely agree with some of the palm oil in the UK are bad, however, I use this specific one its called 'Carocino Healthier Palm Oil' it is very good :)
The coconut oil changes the game! And I tried it with bacon instead of mackerel and it was amazing!🥰
