- Hello everyone!! Today's video is all about Hollywood Land in Disney California Adventure. I show you one of my favorite things the animation academy.
Monsters Inc. is one of my very favorite rides. Guardians of the Galaxy Mission breakout has a lot of cool things in it.

Didn't mention this last time, but thought you would like this fun fact Chris. In the Monsters, Inc. attraction, during the scene where Randall is being attacked by Boo, one of the patterns that he quickly changes into from time to time is the wallpaper from The Haunted Mansion.

I went to California Adventure with my best friend on September 15, 2001, (so it was the same week of the terrorist attacks). The park was basically empty. We went on the Super Star Limo ride...but we had taken MDMA prior to entering the park. Just before getting into the "limo" the MDMA kicked in. The ride itself was one of the most disturbing visual rides I had ever been on. When we got off the ride we were so high, confused, and full of laughter from that ride. We couldn't figure out why Disney even created that ride. We had to find a bench to sit down because I was laughing so hard. Your videos are great, by the way. Wonderful production value!

I remember how Muppet Vision was always a ghost town then when they put the Frozen Singalong in thereWHOA every single seat in the house was taken lol.
I love the animation station. Best place to charge your phone and relax for a few. And who doesn't love big screens playing best Disney moments!

Krak Rex IKR! I loved that show. Every time me and my family went, we went and saw it. I’m a little disappointed that they got rid of such a thing. I have the same feelings for the muppets theater being gone.

Provost Park Pass August 2! We’re hoping to get that first ride to be monsters inc, since we’re disneybounding mike and sully! We’re trying to do all of Pixar pier after that since it probably is going to get busy the closer to the afternoon it gets

Another fantastic video! We highly agree that the Disney Animation building is underrated. It's one of our favorite places at the park! Our host, Jake got Mickey Mouse as well in Beast's Library! 😃
Also, here's a fun fact. In the Monsters Inc. attraction, if you are lucky enough, you can see Randall change into the Haunted Mansion wallpaper design when Boo is hitting him on the head during the climax.

I grew up and lived in Hollywood as an adult too and I think they really caught the character and flavor. Amazing Diz pulled it off.
The Hollywood Street car was called the Yellow car though. But the Red Car did connect.
Only thing missing is the old and original Don the Beachcomber restaurant

I have watched all of your secrets revealed videos and made up a scavenger hunt based off your videos for our trip this October for a group of kids. So interesting to learn new things about the parks.
I live in Washington and I apsolutely love Disney land. Unfortunately I can’t be down there all the time and watching your videos really help me feel like I’m back at the park again. I love Disney, your videos and the overall feel of your channel. Keep it up!

Awesome stuff as always! How about a video on Downtown Disney? I know they closed up ESPN Zone, Rainforest Cafe, Starbucks, AMC movie theater, a few shops and worst of all, The Earl of Sandwich to make room for a new resort hotel, oddly enough which is what was there years ago. Any way, have a good one!

The thing I miss most there is “Millionaire”. Loved going in there and playing along.
Here is an idea for a video: What to do BEFORE you get to the park. How do you get ready? How early do you leave? What are the things you take into the park? Not as a vlogger, but as just a guest. For someone that might have never been or planning on their first visit or even their first visit in a long time. That would be a great video!

Hello! I really enjoy your videos. :) The first time my family and I went to DCA was during the Guardians of the Galaxy's Mission Breakout's opening weekend. My son and I went to ride a bunch of the rides (including the Monsters Inc one which was my FAVORITE) while my husband and daughter and our friend stood in line and road GotG. Next time we go, we're going to have to take a couple of days lol I had no idea about some of the things you've shown. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work. :D
It WAS a madhouse lol I think they stood in line for a few hours. I totally got the better deal- got to eat mac n cheese from the cozy cone~\o/
I got to preform with my choir as part of the Disney preforming arts. It was so much fun, they used to give special shirts but now they give out pins (Well at least in 2015 it was that way, can't say if it's changed since then.)

Years ago there were rooms beyond Beast’s Library. They had things like scenes from a movie. You would record the script then it would play the scene with your voice. When going out the exit they had a Toy Story diorama that would spin and look like the characters were moving. Do you know what happened to it? It was awesome!

Another fun, fantastic video! I love how well you handle folks that bomb your videos. I get that they aren't purposely trying to ruin anything and they are just doing what they want to have fun -- but I wonder if they realize that they actually come across as mean spirited?
I miss the Ursula area that was just after The Beast’s Library where u could put ur voice in a Disney character. That was my fave part of Sorcerer’s Workshop
There is also a hidden Mickey as soon as the monsters Inc ride stars. It's in the shadow of the city behind the wall. It can be easily missed because you have to see it from a certain angle since the wall in front of it covers some of the shadow.
A requirement when going into Off The Page is to see how much noise you can possibly make with the sliding walls

Thanks! When I visited DCA I walked through it but didn’t do any attractions, well apart from Guardians. So much to see and do! Will definitely spend more time here next time. Do you miss the old Tower of Terror?
