Absolutely appalled when I scrolled down and saw six likes and less than a hundred views on this video. This is an incredible idea and a fantastic video. This is something I've never really thought about, but absolutely something I've felt. When you described hollywood studios in comparison to animal kingdom I totally understood why those parks feel so different. This also explains to me why I feel so relaxes at a coaster-based amusement park even when those rides are much more thrilling. Keep up this type of work, your channel will take off soon.
This is such a cool analysis! I never really twigged this before, but something I like about my favourite ride (it's a small world) is that it always feels relaxing to me, I guess because it just invites you to sit back and explore what's around you, it never demands anything of you, and that's because of the ride type, which I never realized! Great video!
Great video! This needs to be blessed by the algorithm. Be interesting to see the spectrum, which rides are clearly in a category versus on the border between categories.
Have you seen this video? ruclips.net/video/oGWzIvLrK5M/видео.html I was thinking of doing something on the top 5 attractions of each story type. Or maybe the best plot twists in theme park attractions. what do you think?
What a cool video! I love a balance of all three types of rides. It's weird how I'm totally cool with older attractions being purely exploration based, whereas newer exploration attractions might bore me. Case in point, Navi River Journey or Tiana's Bayou Adventure. I think since The Wizarding World of Harry Potter opened, guests just expect more survival and missions attractions. It's fun being in peril when it's safe! But yeah, it can be exhausting.
This is a great way to categorize the different feel of the rides (definitely is one of the reasons I find Universal to be more immersive than Disney). Well done!

I miss seeing the old Nickelodeon Studios building on TV : Ending Credits ( Game shows , Certain Shows was taped there front of studio attendance. )
Yeah, it really lent credibility to the whole "Studios" theme when they actually filmed there.

So excited for Epic Universe. Curious to see if the Ministry of Magic attraction winds up being survival or mission.
Seems like survival to me.
This is a great analysis!
Thanks!

Thanks! I go into more detail about theme park storytelling in my other video: ruclips.net/video/oGWzIvLrK5M/видео.html
@@danielkaplan2290 Haha I already got it playing!
@ Excellent! Let me know what type of video you'd like to see next!
I feel the opposite. Universal has more thrills, but overall I find disney more immersive, at least currently.
