I had the same problem on my ‘98 3/4 ton Dodge Cummins after taking it to Gale Banks in Azusa, CA. The boost increase would blow the inter cooler tube off. The Cummins’ power takes a deep dive with no turbo boost. I never found a good solution to blowing the tube off. I could take it to a dealer for service and ask them to tighten the clamp and and by the time I got to the freeway it would be off again.
Outstanding video. I've been looking at getting three Roxors and have decided to have you men do all the work on them for me, but I do have a question about the P/S. Is the hydraulics in the P/S enough to run a Mile Mark hydraulic winch, and if not, can we swap some thing out or even add a hydraulic pump with an electric clutch to run the winches? I have a few brand new 12k winches that I'd like to use and thought this would be a fun project, but I'm not sure about room under the hood for an oil tank, filter, and of course the pump itself. Any help would be great, thanks and keep up the great work.

Hi Gary, I personally own 3 Mahindra boleros with same engine mostly use for agricultural purposes. The oddo readings are 273k, 260k and 190k KMS. No issues so far. They are built to last. The strongest point of Mahindra is the reliability. Indians are very choosy when it comes to spending money. And they love their Mahindras. -Proud owner.
The Mahindra MHawk 2.2 was designed by AVL of Austria, and built by Mahindra. AVL Of Austria also design Engine for Perkin and many others AVL assisted American Ford with the design of their new Power Stroke medium-duty truck diesel engine.
So this are not Tractor Engine per say. But they are compatible with fuel which is commonly used in tractor and other farm equipment which run in diesel. The idea behind is that since people store fuel in large tank. They can fill up their Roxor without bothering about trip to fuel station....
So, getting into a law suit with Jeep wasn’t bad enough, now they are taking the FJ bezel? All they need to do is come up with different sheet metal, and they would be fine......

Just a week back Mahindra lost the case. Now they are appealing to higher authority. Until then stop on imports.
