Hi! My name is Loretta, a girl from the U.S. who moved to Japan! I'm here on the MEXT scholarship program as a graduate student, studying to get a Masters in Business Administration. Here are some answers to common questions:
1. Do I Speak Japanese? Yep! I was taught formally in High School and have been speaking now for over 15 years.
2. What are you studying? I'm a recent grad of Yokohama National University's "Masters of Business Administration" Program
3. How old are you?: Year of the dragon. :D The math is up to you.

I’ve been subscribed to you for a couple of years now and even though I’m not currently learning the Japanese language I really enjoy hearing it spoken (and of course I enjoy your overall content 😉), especially when you speak with other natives in Japanese.
Just my personal suggestion, for 2021 I think a nice goal would be of having maybe one video a month (or every other month depending on your personal scheduling) where you speak conversational Japanese with someone - similar to a podcast but more like a vodcast.
I thought that my high school Japanese wasn't that good, but I'm surprised at how much I was able to follow along! Please make more videos like this in the future -- this makes me want to study more in quarantine. :D

When normal speed is a little too fast and 0.75 speed is way too slow (watching w/o subtitles) so I have to rewind every once in a while to understand everything. Is it possible to talk a little slower next time? 😂 🥺But either way, it was good practice fun watching you two chat!
