I had a friend I was very close to for a short time. He was from Tibet and taught me some words and pieces of the culture, food was a big part of what he taught me. I miss him very much and this recipe makes me feel closer to him. Thank you 💕 ^^

If you're in US, there are some Tibetan shops in NEW York that ship them nationwide. Let me know if you're interested and I will find their social media page for you. Occasionally, I see them on Amazon too.
