We just binge watched the North Cape trip so can't blame you for wanting less driving this time. We have done two, two week trips to France so far and found the French really hospitable, maybe it helps trying some basic school level French. On the banter side we like to try and guess what our favorite youtubers job is/was, no idea why. We found your Million Dollar motorhome appearance last week and were pleased to know we were correct about Jane, we had her down as a teacher from the first Vlog we watched! Now Andrew was a surprise, although my wife, who is a nurse said it all makes sense now!!!!

Your vlog is really interesting. We are now in France staying in Airbnb's. Our first night and morning is really hard work. Haven't found any fresh milk for a cuppa or our cereal this morning. First job after reviewing your vlog we are off to a Carrefour or another Intermarche as the one last night we think sold it but had run. Was I not paying attention the first time I watched!!!

We did a four week tour of Scotland last month in the caravan so stayed on sites all the way round, the comparison in costs has made us cry, we spent £1800 😢, Looking forwards to your next big trip. We had a caravan years ago, took it to the Arctic to see Santa 🧑🎄 £1800 is a bit spicy but it’s swings and roundabouts with all the different pros and cons to ownership. We’re a bit put off Scotland with all the NC500 bad press and how busy it looks, maybe we’ll look at it soon. Can’t wait for baby (3 weeks to go)👶 and we’re already booked in for babysitting duty in October! 🥂👀👍

That's a good value trip. We spent that much (including eurotunnel) in 12 days, but we are still working, so chose Tolls roads for speed, and as it was first European trip in our mh, we obviously, zig zagged all over the place cramming in as much sightseeing as possible. 6 nights on free Aires, 6 nights in pre booked campsites. We absolutely loved it, but are inspired to do 12 days in Lorraine alsace next year.

Only talking about pennies But over a prolonged trip, it would certainly add up to saving some money... I use a 12 Volt travel kettle and a large flask. Heat up water when you're driving along put it into the flask when you either want to have some boiling water, or do some washing up, saves on gas to heat water up from cold,

Lots to gain from your trip , never had an issue in France with the people , but then used to spend alot of time there when you get so that helps as does speaking a bit of the language, as for the brunt of the jokes etc , think the direction is deserved 😂 ( Andrew ) , good luck with being grand parents , thanks for sharing 👍

We travelled across northern France en route to lake Garda many years ago and found the people excellent- even to the point that it was late and no shops open and the camp site owner gave us a few bottles of his own wine for free! Only talking about pennies But over a prolonged trip, it would certainly add up to saving some money... I use a 12 Volt travel kettle and a large flask. Heat up water when you're driving along put it into the flask when you either want to have some boiling water, or do some washing up, saves on gas to heat water up from cold,

Lots to gain from your trip , never had an issue in France with the people , but then used to spend alot of time there when you get so that helps as does speaking a bit of the language, as for the brunt of the jokes etc , think the direction is deserved 😂 ( Andrew ) , good luck with being grand parents , thanks for sharing 👍

Thanks folks- very useful vlog. We travelled across northern France en route to lake Garda many years ago and found the people excellent- even to the point that it was late and no shops open and the camp site owner gave us a few bottles of his own wine for free! When is your grandchild due ? Our first is due sept8th 🍾

The cake budget is a bit false as we are on a “semi” health drive, only another 5 stone each to go😂 we were actually very conservative on the baby 👶 budget, we we are locked and loaded ready to blow half a gazillion at the drop of a hat 💰 💸
I am looking a little trimmer, part of being RUclips famous, the camera add 10 stone so trying to look more “celebrity” for all the fans! 😃

That’s brilliant I would have thought a lot more than that on the Cake.😂 and gives me a better idea of cost 😊although I don’t think we will get away for so long as I forgot it’s one of the grandkids birthdays.
