@@Plottogether37B hi there 👋 just when you think you’re lost is complete, you’ll add another ten items on! The fire stick is straight forward, it connects into your hdmi socket on the tv, and, normally it has a three pin plug connected to it to give it 240 volt power. You can Chuck this away and get a “fire stick usb adapter” (search this on Amazon. One end of the adapter plugs into the firestick, the other is a usb that connects into the usb of your tv and powers the firestick. So if you have a 12 v tv you are good off grid, or if you are on EHU you free up a 3 pin socket. Check your tv has a spare usb socket and a hdmi socket! As far as payload, we always run full, we are at the max 3500kg all the time (been on weigh bridge) I think at some point we will probably up plate, but for now we are very careful. We had a caravan years ago, took it to the Arctic to see Santa 🧑‍🎄 £1800 is a bit spicy but it’s swings and roundabouts with all the different pros and cons to ownership. We’re a bit put off Scotland with all the NC500 bad press and how busy it looks, maybe we’ll look at it soon. Can’t wait for baby (3 weeks to go)👶 and we’re already booked in for babysitting duty in October! 🥂👀👍

@@nigelbrown1949 not sure it’s necessary 🤔 changed alloy wheels (already declared in the schedule) for other alloy wheels and put safer, stronger tyres on. Often change from one brand of tyre to another on my vehicles so don’t see an issue there. I guess the only difference is the 1” increase in wheel size. @@db-ie8nn hi, I’ve looked at it and it is a setting at your end. At the bottom of the video is a settings cog, click and set autogenerated captions/subtitles in Turkish. If this doesn’t work, set to autogenerate in English, then go back into it and click auto translate, then select Turkish 🇹🇷 I know this works because I am watching RUclips with Turkish subtitles!!

Not sure our earlier vlogs were much to write home about but I’ve enjoyed learning about editing and trying new things (mainly from stealing other ideas from vlogs!). Your first trip out looked successful and you made it up Pendle Hill (our neck of the woods!). You’ll have many more adventures. Re Calais. We’ve not had any issues on the carpark- it is fenced in and has a barrier, there are always plenty of people around and we’ve got the usual security bits on the MH- and we’ve not seen any suspicious either. We too were worried at first though. However, we are always on guard! I think the biggest risks are staying at motorway service stations and leaving the van or sleeping overnight. And we never leave the van unattended in supermarket car parks either. Hope that answers your question. Happy travels and enjoy you RUclips journey- it’s hard but very rewarding. J

@@Eurosully the Fogstar is now fitted and working a treat with all the sockets in the van 😊 although may be a few weeks longer paying for itself as I bought it from one stall then found one the next day for £150 less 😞😞 so less cake for me on holiday 😂
