I've never known bikes to stick to any limits speed,not to overtake on solid white lines, but as a car only motorist we're constantly being told to watch for bikes,so we have to be more vigilant and aware for bikers dick moves.
Agreed, the following distance for driving is usually stated at 6 seconds back. All the bikers doing 100- 120 then being mad they were cut off, at 120 mph you have traveled about a 1/2 mile in around 7 seconds. No one is going to see that bike coming, if your on a bike and some one " cuts you off" but it took you less than 6 seconds from the time of there turn to catch up to them your an idiot and driving to fast.

Car was plenty still far away enough that if the biker kept the speed he was going, he would’ve been fine. Car signaled properly, and changed the lane (now I’m not sure if they were allowed to do that from a car pool lane to the 4 lane highway cause there’s 2 solid white lines, but I’m assuming you can) but the biker decided to hit the dudes mirror. Unprofessional. To top it off, he’s lane splitting between the carpool lane and the far left side of the 4 lane highway.

Can we get one thing straight here. This applies to all riders. Cars have blind spots. Big ones. If you see a car pulling out, don’t assume they’ve seen you and are simply being arrogant. It’s usually not the case. Instead of punching their mirrors, swearing at them, and getting angry, how about you remember that they’ve likely not seen you because you’re two feet across at most, and cars only have small mirrors. Think like a driver when you’re coming up to cars that are pulling out.

Car signaled properly, and changed the lane (now I’m not sure if they were allowed to do that from a car pool lane to the 4 lane highway cause there’s 2 solid white lines, but I’m assuming you can) but the biker decided to hit the dudes mirror. Unprofessional. To top it off, he’s lane splitting between the carpool lane and the far left side of the 4 lane highway.

Can we get one thing straight here. This applies to all riders. Cars have blind spots. Big ones. If you see a car pulling out, don’t assume they’ve seen you and are simply being arrogant. It’s usually not the case. Instead of punching their mirrors, swearing at them, and getting angry, how about you remember that they’ve likely not seen you because you’re two feet across at most, and cars only have small mirrors. Think like a driver when you’re coming up to cars that are pulling out.

Scottie moto mirror slap on freeway was uncalled for the car signalled and it happened so far ahead of him that he had more than enough time to use his breaks and slow down. I've been seeing shit like this happen so much lately and everytime they say " the video makes it look farther than it actually is" and in some video yeah I think that is the truth but in this video you can tell he is at least 6 to 7 car length to slow down.
