@@ezaffe_xo He said he had permission to ride there by the land owner. He said they allow motorbikes to ride there. If I didn't live in NY I'd let people ride on my property. We let snowmobile riders ride on the property because the snowmobiles are registered and supported by the state. I wouldn't care as long as they dont ride through the fields. The snowmobiles dont fuck the fields up so we dont care. You register your land with the town/state as a designated snowmobile trail that people can cut through. People don't get sued for snowmobiles they're registered, licensed and part of the snowmobile club.

Eric Jr technically they didn’t even need a Class M as dirts bikes can’t be used on roads. Meaning that they are outside of a driver’s license’s coverage. And in top of that, for the reasons he stated, if he towed the bikes. They could sue the state for theft of property and win a serious cash

In that instance, the Police Officer is incorrect about requiring a Class M addition to your drivers license to operate a dirt bike while not on D.O.T subject areas.
that's what i thought. If you are not on a public road but just out in a field, why would you need a license??? it just makes no sense
True. If its not public road, you dont need no insurance, no driving license nor bike needs to fill D.O.T requirements ie it can be fucking motorized unicycle for anyone cares.

Yes and no. They don't need a license to drive off road, but they also couldn't be there, so the assumption is to drive home, which they can't because they don't have licenses. Luckily they were in walking distance. If they would have drove them into the street he could then ticket them and tow the bikes. The cop tried to say this.

When I was younger I saw a guy in a parking lot with a crotch rocket. My dad let me go up and ask about the bike cause I was always a curious kid. The dude let me rev it and honestly it was one of the most memorable experiences of my young life. Guys like that are honestly the best. It may seem small but that bit of excitement goes a long way. Especially for someone who was never around bikes.

I once shifted into neutral and revved my engine at a biker and he got pissed. Pulled up next to me and asked why I revved my engine.... I told him it is louder and easier than using my horn, kinda like bikers do, and I wanted to warn you that you just rolled through the stop sign and were about to hit him. Moron just pointed to his camera and said your on video.... so I pointed to my dash cam and said you too. Then he sped off without another word.
