Replacement arrived!By the way, I did forget to mention that the original lure did have a decent strike however as most anglers will attest you can get a hit ruclips.net/user/postUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 and fish will hang on and release lure. I used the replacement lure yesterday and ran thru a Shimano Waxwing, Kastmaster, Bobber (set to sink). I found the does run deep (I casting on the flats 3.5'). Make sure you adjust your rate of retrieve and rod tip angle (up) to prevent getting snagged on bottom. Used it a couple of times and action was very lifelike (looked like local bait fish for trevally), craftsmanship very good....however eyeball fell out. I asked for replacement and it is on it's way! It was very easy to change out treble to single inline hook.
You gotta get Johnny to set you up with a GoPro and such and let us see all of these cool tips in use on the water! Would make for great content!
Fishing and praying are pretty much the only things that get me through each and every day but you are a great inspiration to me,thank you from Lake Wedowee in Alabama
Between you and Jonny, you guys give me information overload…..I’ll never know what to throw when! But I love it!!!
Thanks for sharing Randy! That treble hook just makes sense to hook up on those short strikes. So easy to do, but genius!
Really appreciate all the videos Randy. Can't wait to put them to use. Thanks, again
I have been watching your videos and I cannot thank you enough for sharing all of these tips with us!! Lookin forward to trying these out in the spring!
You are a bucket of modifications. Keep'em coming. Thank you.
Randy I love watching your videos because your so laid back like me and not hyper! I believe you tell the truth and we all learn so much from you. Keep it up, thanks for the info.
Thank you sir for your tips they are appreciated especially for those like me who are new anglers. I haven't put the treble hook on yet, but the fluke alone has put me on more bass. Keep them tips coming.
Randy thanks so much for sharing. I just started bass fishing again this year, and all your rigging demonstrations and modifications are great review. I'm learning new stuff too. Awesome keep it coming
I'm setting up a little book of all your bait tips. Really like this one. I can see how this will dramatically increase my hook-ups. Thanks Randy
Great tip, already having success with flukes . This is going to take it to the next level.
Thanks for sharing , looking forward to more.
That is a cool looking rig, looking forward to trying it out this spring. Thanks!!!
Wow! Great modifications! Thanks for sharing! Just started fishing this year and I’m really appreciative of your videos!
This tip is incredible! Thank you so much Randy!
Great tip! Thanks for sharing! Enjoyed the tube modification from the other day as well!
Randy thank you again for your professional experience being shared on your channel. I’ve only caught 2 bass on a fluke in 18 years of bass fishing. Both were very aggressive. I will share your knowledge with my girls that say no fishing just catching. Thank You
This is the second video of yours that I watched and just so impressed with your adjustments and techniques.
As I mentioned in your first video that I watched (floating worms) I've been bass fishing for over 50 years and truly look forward to learning something new.
Continued success 🎣
Yes mr Randy please keep doing these tip videos, I will never rig a fluke like I was doing.
I really appreciate you sharing you secrets with us!!!! Can’t wait for more.
Yeah!
Wow, would have never thought of that, thank you Randy for all the info.
Thanks Mr. Randy for all of your videos. I used this technique for my super fluke and it has an extremely high success rate. I will never use the regular fluke method again. So far I have been pretty good at getting my treble hook at the right length (about 1 3/4 to 2 inches) to hook into the fluke. Thanks for the super advice and for giving all of your secrets away.
I can't wait to try this rig out!! Thanks Randy!!
Great tip! I live in East Tennessee and a friend of mine told me we have a really good fluke bite for about 2 weeks, I wanna say just after the spawn. This will help us land a few more fish than normally we catch. Thanks again. Tight lines and Semper Fi.
Randy--thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have never fished a fluke, but am eager to try it now.
This is awesome, I can see how you couldn't miss a fish with this set-up, I have tell you I started watching fish the moment first, then I started watching your channel which I'm subscribed to both of you, then y'all become partners, I said to myself Jonny did great by getting you on board!👍
I’m glad you are sharing and help us be better hobby fisherman on weekends

Another awesome video with multiple tips on rigging the fluke! Like others have mentioned (and I know it’s the middle of winter now) but would love to see video of you fishing the baits to demonstrate these tips!
Awesome setup. thanks for sharing.
Randy, after not being able to catch anything in our hot Florida pond in two weeks, I tried this yesterday and managed to catch two right away. One was 2.6 lbs. Thanks for the tip and keep them coming sir!
Great information, will definitely give this a go! Thank you
Thank you, I appreciated your efforts and you for sharing such vital information.
I need to try that next trip. Thank you for the tips
Amazing tip Randy thanks a ton!
Thanks so much. I didn't like that I was missing bites on the fluke. I will fish it with your tip. Love your channel the most. Killer tips.
Great tips, thanks for posting.
This is a good daily lesson to have during the fishing off season. I agree with the others that you are putting together a great series of tips that are interesting even for the old guys that have been at this game as long as you have. I live on Kerr (Buggs Island) lake and your win there will always be remembered. Grassy creek is still the best creek and that bridge is still low to the water. Keep up the good work.
Enjoy your videos very much. Thank you for being real in your presentations and teaching us newbies 8000 ways to catch a bass. All small mouth in this part of Idaho but I am ready to slay em. Thank you.
Thanks buddy that’s a cool rig. Great video

Been doing this for years but I pre rig it ready to go on small split ring so all you need is to add it to the ewg.

Outstanding Randy I know how I'm rigging my soft jerkbait now everytime I watch your videos I learn something new hey Randy you are the instructor and I am the student even though I'm 55 your pal fisherman Mike
Nice setup sir and thanks!
This is very helpful thanks for the good vids keep up the good work
Thanks for making all of us better fisherman. God bless
Great tip my man thanks a bunch love this channel 👍
Hey Randy, you’re probably aware of this fluke modification but wanted to share it with you just in case. About a year ago Mike Iaconelli put out a video titled, “How to Modify Your Fluke to Catch More Bass.” This also used a treble hook with a rivet.
That's a keeper, right there!
It's kind of strange that a lot of anglers, dye their plastics with chartreuse, but the manufacturers don't.
I guess it gives us the choice, but given it's so effective, you think they would do it more!
Thanks Randy!
That's a great tip. I'm also gonna try it on a double fluke rig.
Thanks for this tip! I’ve always rigged my treble on the EWG hook with plastic keeper on the bottom side of the bait. But would get hung up allot. This should remedy that some. God Bless!
Great tips appreciate the videos
Great tip again Randy🤓getting closer to 15k subscribers😊
Cool tips - thanks man!
Great information! Thank you
Almost to 15,000 subs. Great tips and content. Thanks.
Awesome stuff, learning a lot, ty very much.
Great tip. Had a bunch of short strikes the other day on a swim bait with an under spin. I will possibly try this tip on a fluke as well as something similar on that swim bait. Thanks!
Awesome tip! Thank you
Awesome video!
Thank God randy uploaded this, I always wanted to use a fluke but i stink with em
The super fluke is by far one of my top five plastics that zoom makes. The baby bass colored one is the bomb.
