Moist & Fluffy Blueberry Muffins

This Blueberry Muffin recipe is extremely simple and so, so delicious. Moist, tender, buttery and fluffy with a crispy streusel topping. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Blueberry Muffin Recipe:
For the muffin:
120 g Butter
2 eggs
lemon zest
1 Tbsp lemon juice
250g flour
120g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 Cups Blueberries
For the streusel Topping:
60g Flour
50g Brown sugar
60g Butter

Baking soda makes it taste so yucky. Better with baking powder.
