I think the person descending from the elevator isn't the player giving that we can hear the same screams from Kissy where Poppy was with us and our elevator was going upward and this one is descending not to mention the size difference between the two lifts. I love that Mob Entertainment is sticking to their guns in putting actual Horror in their Mascot Horror game and if Yarnaby is any indication, all of the chapter 4 monsters are gonna be straight nightmare fuel. Hell yeah! I didn't think I could hate a character as much as I hate Negan from TWD but Harley Sawyer showed me that I can. That beast has done World World II main antagonist levels of sadistic science for greed and fame plus learning about Yarnaby's origins through the ARG broke my heart so I hope the lousy MF is still alive after The Hour of Joy and an active threat because I want to see or hear him die in Real Time. Him and Leith Pierre!

I believe Yarnaby is actually against the prototype since the prototype desperately tried to kill Harley during the hour of joy, but he couldn’t kill him because of how Yarnaby protected Harley, and at the end of the chapter, right before we kill yarnaby, he will realize how cruel Harley was to the prototype and maybe Yarn will actually turn against harley, or maybe even be the kne who ends him
IT would be cool if sawyer would control yarnaby but yarnaby would stop doing what sawyer said to him and he would kill him, and maybe ať the end he maybe could help us, IT would make him good antagonist at end
Yarnaby even killed a Critter which was stalking the viewer and offered it to the camera (Dr Sawyer?), but what's weird is the red eye. When did we see red text cover existing text on screen? Any time The prototype got involved. So I think that Sawyer is warning his 'pet' to get ready, but so the prototype is watching us to get ready and get rid of every Poppytime worker, finally.
I wonder if Harley might not even be in the factory, he might have a surveillance office far from it and remotely released Yarnaby to stop the player's progress. I imagine there's something deep in the factory that Harley doesn't want us to find.
here are somethings that I think could happen in chapter four firstly we’ll meet the nightmare critters as If you look closely the critter that gets crushed by yarnaby seems to have wings this could actually be the nightmare critter Poe which if it is would pretty cool.another thing that could happen is we possibly see the return of a now mangled huggy which seems all but inevitable at this point as we haven’t seen him for a while,we could also see pianosaurs be revealed possibly in a second trailer while also giving more lore to this character and finally the possible endings could be: A the unlikely)we somehow persuade yarnaby to be on our side then head deeper into the factory B a possibility)we kill him possibly by unraveling yarnaby or burning him C)we pull a catnap and weaken him enough so the prototype can kill yarnaby but remember this is just a theory so it’s unlikely any of this is right also leave a like as this took me way to damn long write

Ok I didn’t expect Yarnaby to look Adorable and Horrifying with a Lion Appearance and I think that Eye on the TV might be the Phototype or a antagonist and Chapter 4 might show us Bigger Bodies Cretures that have Organic Tissue unlike the Other Ones with Boxy Boo and Miss Delight being the Only Exceptions, although I don’t know if Yarnaby is the Antagonist, if anything that TV Eye might be the Villain of the Chapter.
This is my theory but it’s a stretch I think yarnaby will fight the prototype and I also think he stitched up kissy missy and give us like maybe a key card kind of thing to get to the home of the prototype

I believe Poppy was offered a deal to send us down here in order to spare Kissy but "something" changed it's mind. I notice in the footage of us wandering the prison that Poppy does not appear to be with us at any point so my guess is that she abandons us to go back up to Kissy. I believe she knew Ollie was fake all along but went along with the lie solely to protect Kissy. This game is POPPY Playtime after all, so what game is she playing? And with us or many more individuals?

I think that eye is Harley sawyer. Like boogie bot it’s a robot. Yarnaby looks like a lion/ cat. Cats give their owners random kind of things. And you can clearly see that the dog that was crushed, was laying on the tv/security camera, still dripping blood. The eye itself looked friendly in the beginning and, another thing, in a teaser mail or something, they said that Yarnaby only listens to Harley sawyer, he doesn’t like any other people even ascurity members. So why didint he attack the security eye? And why did he want to attack the Person? But that’s just my theory
We don't know for sure. The last we saw of him was just the mini smiling critters controlling him from inside of his skin, we never see him die. I think he's still alive, just being puppeteered and given up on life.

Plus, he was already cut in half, having tons of living things the size of a toddler crawling around in your ripped apart body would not only cause massive bleeding, but the little critters inside of him would mess up internal organs. i believe the eye thing is a new mechanic were if it sees you yarn bee is alerted of your location or something that will come to you and attack
