Nepal Himalayan Adventure: Landslides & Gongo 🇳🇵

- ■ HIMALAYA, MANASLU: Having survived the most treacherous landslide I've ever had the pleasure of scaling followed up by spending a night in an old classic Nepali potato attic, the trek continues further up the Manaslu circuit. We set out as early as possible as we didn't know exactly just how far up the mountain we were going this day.
One thing I did know though; during rainy landslide season in the Himalayas... there is a right and a wrong path! Being hungry for adventure I obviously once again made sure we ended up taking a wrong turn and land on the most treacherous path possible thus ensuring we could expect the unexpected....

it's so beautiful there, sad about the avalanches and the way it effects their livelihood. The adventure with Sunil is great even if Haraldo is holding him back with his elite trekking jeans.
'...elite trekking jeans'! You got me with that one 🤣🤣🤣
😂❤
Same here because harald is not wearing jeans ? The other lad has the jeans on ?
He is doing great in jeans 😂
And by the way your meow was good 😂
Besides Sunil being awesome in general, he really translates well, rather than many who will try to answer questions from their own mind rather than asking the person and conveying the message . Not easy but respect man !
@MrUled ❤🙏🏽thank you
Even Nepalese people don't go for trekkings as you do as a foriegner in Nepal. Hats off to you
Smart Nepali people haha😂
Well.. lot of nepalese do just not me and you.
Thats the north European blood :D we love our walks
It's first world thing to hike for fun I think haha
U prolly dont know many ppl then
This is RUclips at its finest. I'm sat here with a beer in my hand under a nice warm blanket at home, watching Heraldo go deep in to the Nepalese mountains, putting himself in danger to provide some glorious footage. Long live King Heraldo
Some people are saying that sunil actually wore his trekking jeans to slow himself down so Harald could keep up. Otherwise Sunil would have been like a mountain goat up those cliffs!!
Kudos to Sunil for making the trip and hike with Harald. Mad respect.
Poor Sunil

You Have done more in our tourism than our government
that's why nations should be abandoned. Old, inefficient, heritage that make no sense anymore. People should just live free make fortune on their own.
I like how Sunil is complete opposite of Harald but sharing same goals, which makes them great companion
What a trailblazer! No vlogger or even a National Geographic or Discovery team would brave these landslide paths and explore uncharted territories for their subscribers. Your adventures not only provide us with mind-blowing entertainment but also shine a spotlight on local villages, giving them the much needed exposure they deserve. Kudos for your daring spirit and captivating content. Keep the thrill coming! Mucho mucho entertainment!
❤❤ nice blog
Harald is the best YT blogger
Always real and adventurous
And he is very kind to animals which shows a good heart
😻🐈🐈🐈🐈🐐🐐🐐🐐
And also pork lover too❤
I was thinking the same thing. You can tell a lot about a person on how they treat animals.
@@tigergreg8yeah I'm melting when i see this skinny kitty at 7:20 but yeah I understand the world is cruel and u can't feed them all.
Even people there are skinny, or vlogs from Cuba all citizens are skinny cuz the country is poor.
@@Winter_Wyvern1that cat is not skinny, its a female cat and the common breed found in Nepal is different than the chubby cats found in the West
A humble request to everyone watching, please hit the “Like” button for our very own Viking Heraldo. This is the least we can all do to help his channel grow and we get more of his awesome adventures with and without Gongo 😄
🙏🏽🙏🏽
And also watch the ads full without skipping 🙂
Being as a nepali. I have no words to express thankfulness for such a promotion of our hills and mountains to the world ! Tons of kudos to you !
Thanks sir come to nepal❤
Hats off to Sunil. You can see it’s hard for him which is totally understandable as it’s his first hike and he’s doing it in jeans 😂 Give that man some shorts! I am gonna make sure to donate to his charity. I still remember when you first met him. He’s a great guy with a great heart.
The Nepal hiking series is always the best. Full of spontaneous turns and awesome mountain people to sit around and chat with. I hope to visit there one day!
We are welcome ❤sir when you come nepal
You are the only person who can make a wrong turn and still enjoy the journey. I would be crying and praying for my life. Respect, man. 👏
Honestly, this Trek and Rodos is the best content you have ever made. Man, you are killing it! Love watching this kind of thing.
Viking northman RUclips legend love from srilanka 🇱🇰❤❤
What a treat for Sunday. Thanks for uploading. Nepali series is amazing!!
Good job Sunil, that's an amazing achievement for hiking 3 days on the first hike in the Himalayas. And thanks to Harald for sharing and taking us on this adventure. Stay Safe!!!
Awesome Haraldo - keep up the Army training 💪
Those slopes looked mighty treacherous! Glad you made it in one piece. Give Sunil a pat on the back for following you. You are The Mountaingoat of the North
Shall do 🫡🏔🇳🇵
❤🙏🏽thank you
Haraldo is absolutely right…you do NOT sit down and rest on a hot landslide area…no matter how damn tired you are. Period. Safety first, always.
Hats off to Harald!
Man! With his both hands busy, still he climbs like a mountain goat 🐐😂
Love and respect from India 🇮🇳
Hej från Sverige! This has been my favourite adventure of yours yet! I love the bushwhacking attitude, you don't see this kind of content on other channels. Love your videos, keep it up!!
4:46 The stone came down in 90s it means Nepali year ..it will be 1934 A.D.There was a big earthquake in Nepal in 1934
Your videos have a weird effect on me, making me feel happy and sad at the same time. Happy because I get to see these great adventures in places so far from my home, and sad because I am only living them through a screen, and know theres so much more life out there which I'm not living. It's hard with money and work obligations, but I hope I can travel to places like this soon. Thanks for showing us these slices of life in faraway places
Man, I truly appreciated this video a lot. What an amazing video and experience. I know the video does not do justice, but there are so many people including me that would never see something like this. The views, the water, the people, everything. Absolutely stunning man. Congratulations on the Hike, Napal u killed it man. Nice job guys! Thanks for sharing. Can’t wait to see more
Huge respect for promoting our country in this level
This series is something else. Having Sunil trek with you is great. I wonder if he is thinking back to when he helped you originally get into Nepal. Like "i should have minded my business" 😂 But we all know how great your friendship is and how much you have helped leos kids!
Harald , You never disappoint . This video was great fun. Now , you are talking to the goats, encouraging a new born goat to walk , then thinking of eating one ? How can you top swimming in a torrential river , sleeping in a potato barn , and drinking brew handled by the village ? You have given confidence to a first time hiker , and made Sunnil want to trek in . The scenery is quite amazing , both stark and dangerous to the beauty of the River . Thank you for creating this video of nature at it’s toughest !
💫 Watching the newly-born baby goat stand up was priceless. A beautiful moment in space-time. 🐐
What beautiful scenery ! That looked like a very hard trek. When Sunil took the camera and said " I'm just trying not to fall" my heart went out to him...lol..Another great video, Harald!
The hard trail of Sunil
1. The landslide views surrounding
2. Harold's bald view Infront
No escape

Appreciate that you love our land 🥰
Harald is the one who showing out Our beautiful nature to the whole world ❤
SO good to see Sunil smiling and finding he has found the experience so enriching. He has done well to keep up with you and these have been some amazing videos.
Some of those people that live and work up there are mad strong anf fit. Tending the ground and animals with little in the way of modern machines. Small amount of electric. However, I bet the local produce tastes amazing, growing so natural and with that wonderful river water.
Beautiful place ❤ Enjoy Aloha from Big Island Hawaii 🌋🤙
Fantastic footage. Love how you interact with the locals and share the experience. Thanks!
Another great video Harald. Some amazing views here
Sunil, man I feel much respect for you making this journey in jeans brother... I would be dying out there! Kudos to both of you guys. These videos are blowing me away! Great work Heraldo!
❤🙏🏽🙏🏽👖
“I would be dying out there”…
- yup and he nearly did… all coz of the jeans insanity 🤦♂️
@@HaraldBaldrat least the bad evil Democrat plant didn't get him.
Amazing amazing!!❤
Incredible! Thanks
Yes as someone else also commented I hope you are safe..heard about the earthquakes in Nepal. You probably might not even be there now but do update us on your safety!
Yet to watch the video but I am sure it will be a treat as usual!!
😍😍 Finally!! Been worried about you ever since I heard about the earthquake that hit Nepal 5 days ago.
These trek videos of you walking down these awesome scenic paths are amazing! This is why I watch your videos! I don't get to do these things in my life but I live through you! Amazing stuff! Keep up the good work Harold!
Absolutely amazing video Harald, one of my best two ever from you. Views absolutely brutal, from the beginning to the end. Sunil did well, and he will learn from it for the next adventure. Congratulations to both of you. The houses above the rocks wowwwww
You could see the look of fear and defeat in Sunil's eye's. You pushed him to overcome that fear Harald. Prop's 100% to you for having that patience. You are a worldly man who finds adventure around every corner. You shared that with someone, and I am sure that they will cherish that journey for life? So many hidden gems on this trek. Obstacles and danger made it amazing I am sure? Thank you as always. BTW. That was 100% the good herb you seen.
Was so much eagerly waiting for this video, as soon as the notification popped, i opened the video without a second thought. Bravo haraldo.
Ps- never been this early to any youtube video ever in my life.
Man I love these Himalaya series. I'm so glad you're back. The first one was epic!
What incredible one hour of POV footage. Absolutely beautiful scenery. Well done Harold. I love the sound of the cascading water. So soothing. It put me to sleep. In a good way. I can't wait for the next one.
Thanks for the new videos❤My country Nepal 🇳🇵🇳🇵
Worst nightmare for Sunil. Feeling bad for my man 😭😂😂😂😂
The Legend of Harald the Norseman (and Sunil) continues to grow!!!! Congrats on another great vid!!!! Thx!
Another great adventure video Harald - Love it! Happy Sunil seems good about even if he had his doubts and almost gave up. I guess the amazing scenery is worth it. Good job both of you.
It is like you are living a dream, Harald. Thanks for helping our dear Nepalese brothers and sisters. More power to them and to you.
Harald I believe you were born to trek; there's no way I would have been able to follow your path, let alone crossing the Goat Bridge.
Thanks for taking us along on these journeys most of us would never have.
🐈⬛
Hats off to Sunil! I must say, his city legs weren't looking to stable through the landslide, but he championed through.
Excellent and beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
Now that's what you call a swimming pool amazing stunning living this trek so envious ❤
The Nepal series are always your finest work Harold and this is no different, amazing!
What an awesome place!!
Simply breathtaking ! On my bucket list . Thank you !
Very adventurous anddangerous traveling video. Lot of thanks for You, Mr Baldr.
Huge respect for Sunil and you too Harald 🫰🏾 Thoroughly enjoyed your Nepal videos.
And you guess it right it was a marijuana plant.
Maybe just hemp plants the local people are growing to make ropes !!😂😂
Great
Mind blowing to watch this adventure trek
Thank you so much for the hike and the wonderful view and great people❤️
Yay he’s back again happy times 😊 pure Northman Viking
Incredible video again northman. Makes me want to visit so badly. Keep them coming
Thanks for posting. Best wishes on your travels to come.
Another classic heraldo adventure 👌
Always a pleasure to get to watch your adventure. Keep inspiring and showing us how incredible the world is outside our little bubbles!
Great video! It’s absolutely STUNNING there
That was the most tense video I’ve watched, some great trekking. 💪👍
Thankyou for sharing this beautyfull trip! Both of you, very tough guys! The sound of wild water makes it even more dramatic💪🏽🫣😀
Sunil doesn't seem like the adventurous type, but you certainly gave him the adventure of a lifetime with this trip.
EDIT: btw the drunk friend from the mountain pass looks exactly like an NPC from the game 9Dragons lmao
Hi Harald nice to see you keeping them videos coming,I just love your videos they are so adventurous and really, really entertaining Bobby from Trinidad and Tobago.
Breath taking views. Nepal, you beauty. So proud to be born in this land.
Love and support from Kalimpong, India🥰🥰
Big fan. Stay safe.
Want to see Kumar too🙏
Another incredible video!! Beautiful country and people💯💯👍👍💯💯👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Harald "we are safe now" - Sunil - "I 'm just trying not to fall" lol
This place was absolutely amazing. I have never seen a more beautiful view in my life and the fact that it is empty is unbelievable. I have visited national parks that have been more crowded than Disney World for far inferior views.
I have to mention how uncomfortable it was to watch Sunil trek in those ridiculous jeans. My keyboard tried to autocorrect the word jeans in that last sentence. Even Apple thinks jeans and trekking don’t go together.
Yes, views are awesome and his jeans are a joke. Only thing that really pissed me off on this journey as it really endangered him faaaar more than necessary 🤦♂️
Its fun watching ur traveling companion improve his hiking skills 👍👍
I could wake up every morning to that waterfall and those flowers! I love that you always feed the hungry kitties you find. That's awesome of you❤
The scenery is beautiful, LOVE the mountains. Turing into quite the trek, thankfully no tim shoes here.
Epic journey with a great friend, well done and Nepal people are just so very friendly
Very interesting Nepal series 👌
Another great video!❤
The subtitles is so hilarious! Love it !
these adventures are great!
That rocky mountain view of this entire video---magnificent, and the scenic Blue Roof stone hut village was perfectly situated in a most majestic spot. People couldn't pay for a better pool to cool off in than the one mother nature carved out there where she kissed Harald's foot for what Harald the rock balancer called it, "the cost of great footage." Sunil has been wearing the hat Leos Kids since the beginning of the series and I haven't found anything to reference it and I was wondering if this is something being sponsored during this delightful yet hazardous trek.

@@HaraldBaldr Oh, alright, I see, I'm at the website now. Thanks

You should be the Ambassador of Nepal 🇳🇵.Right now i am in your home country Germany .Celebrating Beer festival🥃🥃 in Germany.
