I really believe AMD is a good company and Lisa Su is a good manager, however I do think they got caught playing catch up. I think it will be very difficult for them to catch up to Nvidia at this point due to first mover advantage.

They dont need to be as big as NVIDiA. they just need to be 2nd and maintain that.

@@edswen41it has been discussed many times, but the real problem with AMD is their lousy RocM7 software, compare to CUDA. The chip itself might be as good as Nvidia, but building software ecosystem takes years and apparently AMD is very far behind on this. And you do need proprietary software to run these chips.
