@1:15 I don't have that cover and I cannot find it in that location. In addition, I don't see the filter housing in that location. All I have is a void there with no filter attached. Any alternatives, maybe?

I figured it out. My truck was made in early 2016 and did not have the cutout for the filter. Thus, no filter at all. I found a vid that allowed me to make the cutout and install a new cover.
