Everything has a reason to it. Body types are important and can't change. He has a lean body type. He should have been a DB or receiver. He put too much weight on his frame and those knee ligaments can't gain weight. The knee ligaments are the weak link in the chain and all that weight around it creates the potential for injury. Even Michael Jordan messed up by gaining weight he never had in his late 30's. With the rules he could have went down in weight and just destroyed it but he went up in weight and the knee problems followed. It's like clockwork, baby

Tennessee was actually pretty good while he was there suprisingly. They were ranked top 25 his freshman year and top 10 for his sophmore year. His poor junior year can probably be attributed to the team going back to being a dumpster fire and not his playing ability tho imo
Those aren’t scholarship offers. Those are recruitment letters. My friend who was good at football in my little town in NJ got like 50 of them and he was definitely not on espn 250 and was probably a 1 star recruit maybe 2 because he was 6’4”
He's a lucky guy who got a free college education at a major university. That's the real story. I don't know what degree he earned, but if it was engineering or chemistry or biology he could easily have gotten a high salary and a secure and lucrative career path. Congratulations!

Sports injured suck man. I was planning on going to a D1 hockey school until I absolutely destroyed my knee (I’m 32 now, back wheh it happened if you weren’t a pro or rich you’re screwed) and had to stop playing. I wish this man the best of luck with any endeavor he goes into with his life
