    QOTD: What do you struggle with when it comes to drawing realistically?

    • @tsakouannam3826
      @tsakouannam3826 6 лет назад +28

      Kirsty Partridge Art sometimes with sketch and sometimes with hair..Sometimes is really easy for me to sketch a face...but sometimes I just can't...but I really don't like to draw hair..😧Btw I love your videos

      Kirsty Partridge Art i struggle drawing everything 😂😂

    • @okfine4506
      @okfine4506 6 лет назад +11

      Probably likeliness. It's so time consuming to get a likeliness, especially portraits.

    • @rainbowmilkshakeedits780
      @rainbowmilkshakeedits780 6 лет назад +16

      I struggle with mostly shading and proportions

    • @kathygoodman6159
      @kathygoodman6159 6 лет назад +8

      I really struggle with proportion and with getting things on both sides of the page to look alike or at least look well. You can definitely see a difference. I'm right-handed and when I draw a face one eye always turns out a little bit bigger and a little bit better than the other. The same goes for the nose and mouth and the hair, one side always looks better than the other.

    in a way i struggle with realistic drawing due to impatience
    i seen someone draw will smith & it looked perfect but his process for the skin was stippling combined with a brush. i just sat there thinking how

    • @KirstyPartridgeArt
      @KirstyPartridgeArt  6 лет назад +23

      Deadpool yes patience plays a massive part in the overall look of the drawing. I think it plays more of a role in how realistic a drawing looks than people think. Your drawings can improve so much just by doubling the amount of time you spent on them 😊
