6 cups water
2 cups Tapioca pearls
1 cup (or more) diced taro roots
4 cups water
3 rounds( 3/4 cup) of palm sugar (chopped)
1 19oz can coconut cream
1 tsp salt
1 8-10 inch pandan leaf
