Judges are appointed, not elected.
Seems to me this ruling should have some bearing on CRS Firearms case. A piece of metal with a drawing of a gun part is not in fact a gun part, any more than a cake that looks like a gun is not a gun.
The only way Matt Hoover gets out of Prison early is if a President converts his sentence or pardons him. And I can promise you this, Biden's not doing either of those things.

FYI, Larry Vickers WAS and IS 100% guilty of the crimes that he plead guilty to. And multiple more that the Federal Government could have buried him for life under. He knew what he was doing was illegal, And yet did it any way. Because he had the ability and connections to do it. The emails and Audio recordings of him bragging and saying I quote: "The rest of the every day dregs of society just wish they could have the toys that I do" Was caught on a Undercover wire tape with him and another Defendant in this case. So you might re-examine who you call your HERO. As for Matt Hoover, His mouth and his lack of listening to his Attorneys legal advice is what brought the heat on him. Yes, its a pretty lame charge that he was found guilty on. However there where plenty of "off ramps" he could have taken that wouldn't have taken him off the road to Federal Prison where he currently resides.
Are you saying that the President and the Executive branch are not fulfilling their oath to support the Constitution? Where are the charges against these people? When is someone going to enforce it?

Why do people think the SC would not act on behalf of the govt? They make a ruling, nobody listens, and it gets held up in court for years. None of this will ever gwt resolved, and its not meant to be.
The CMMG floating bolt 22LR conversion for AR's is great, I've been running one for a couple years now, really drops the cost and is accurate to within a couple of inches at 100 yards due to less speed and greater bullet drop over that distance.
I got one also; did you know if you use it with the binary trigger? You can shoot so fast that the cartridge will not go full into battery and explode. Then the .22 bullet will get stuck in the barrel

Awesome and great info video. Stop question I just ordered a 80% lower receiver kit from MASDEFENCE gun shop and online too. My question I’ve been reading and hearing that if that lower is sent to my home the ATF will be knocking and I was told to cancel my order so I’m totally confused? Plus if was not to purchase then why wasn’t it take down ?

Equal branches ha ha ha. Congress can remove the executive and judicial branch without the other branches say so, re write the constitution ect. The judiciary can say something is unconstitutional but they have no enforcement mechanism. Congress holds all the cards.

In my country it is extremely difficult for civilians to own a gun. Brazil is my country
I’m American and a month ago, for my 23rd birthday, I bought my first firearm with nothing but my drivers license. I’ve been practicing with it and have carried it a few times when I felt it necessary. I feel very lucky to have such easy access to self protection, but I often think “what if I was born somewhere else?”. I’m truly sorry your government doesn’t allow you this basic human right to self protection very easily, and I hope that your government will change within your lifetime

Why would the ATF take this to the SC? This ruling means that if the ATF does not do anything the rule stays in effect forever.
The stay is only temporary. They have to appeal if they want any hope of it sticking.

You would think they would be spending their time and resources going after people or entities who are a true threat to public safety. Not your weekend warrior who enjoys going to the range to blow off some steam after a long week of work.

I don’t know about y’all but I’m sure a bunch of those dudes have every so called illegal weapon in there damn house. And I’m sure somebody was about to lose thier job and decided to come up with stupid rules.
There is NO one that holds the ATF accountable for ANYTHING. No one was losing there job. And I promise you, They can have what ever weapon they want. And all they have to say is its part of my job as a BATFE agent in case I have to be involved is a Forced Entery situation while conducting my duties as a Federal Agent of the BATFE.
