@jos9441 I'm not one to defend cheating, I think it's an absolutely despicable thing and there's not really any excuse to it. With that said, he could've been abused by her prior to the cheating and was too scared to leave. With how reckless she was acting in general along with the racism, she most likely has a record with these types of things. Especially when you consider she just found out about the cheating, what would be the justification for hitting him prior?
She's assaulted him on camera multiple times and the instinctive flinch reaction show's she's done this for a long time. He warns her that he's going to defend himself. He's done nothing wrong. She should be in jail for assault.
Her driving reminds me of a line from friends. Joey says "how's my driving?" and Chandler says "you haven't looked though the windshield in 30 minutes."
Not to mention that terrible turn she made while having her phone in one hand and a wallet in the other. She was gripping the wheel with like 2-3 fingers on each hand
Cheating is a bad thing, but when their partner is the kinda person to use it as an excuse to beat the ever loving shit out of them, and start streaming it live while driving recklessly, I kinda don't wonder why they cheated. It would be even worse if it turned out he didn't cheat but either way if you find out your partner is cheating on you, it is NEVER ok to attack them doesnt matter if its your wife or husband who did the cheating, do not attack or do something worse to them for it
“He told her I’m just, like, a streamer, I’m just an investment” she says, looking at her second phone and the livestream she started on it as she started that phone call

Nah, people have been "chasing clout" since the beginning of mass media. It's just that the Internet raised the stakes. That, and with a social media account, you don't have to have a network approve your ideas before sharing them with millions of people.
He didn't "cheat" on her. They aren't even in a romantic relationship. He's a donor and she's a livestreamer. He donated to another girl and she called it "cheating". You know how ladies sometimes extend that word to include almost anything. She's just a narcissist- he "cheated" on her by donating money to someone else which "could've gone to her instead"... then he retaliates after being assaulted- she cries - "He's killing me!" It's all about "me", 'me", "me"..
@@gmusic7268 I doubt you've done domestic abuse and shouted "I'm going to kill you" in front of the cops... The State can press it's own charges ESPECIALLY when it comes to domestic violence. A year or two ago in my city, a woman who found out she was being cheated on proceeded to immediately run over her boyfriend as he came out of a grocery store, killed an innocent bystander in the process, and then left her baby in the wrecked car to go beat on her injured boyfriend. Some people clearly just snap and are unable to think clearly when this happens. edit: **sigh** I did not mean having a mental snap/break is an excuse for physically hurting people. I think the parasocial mind goes both ways, not only people think that the "celebrity"/"creator" they follow is some kind of friend but some creators themselves start thinking of the audience as their close friends as well
I wouldn't say parasocial, more like narcissistic. These streamers know that parasocial relationships bring in the most money so they lean into that on purpose. They act like your friend they get more money from the lonely people.
You were a Vietnam vet and all you wanted to do was catch up with your buddy from way back. The sheriff pulls up and assumes you are homeless and will not allow you to stop in the town. Do you call yourself Rambo?
I may be wrong but afaik, in most places the assaulted person has to say they want to press charges on the assaulter, or else the cops won't be able to do anything beyond stopping the fight at that moment. I agree that cops should do more regardless of if the victim wants to press charges or not, but that's how it is for now.
The worst part about how she’s driving isn’t the reading of her phone, but the holding other stuff in her hands while also manipulating the wheel. Disaster.

On a different note, the way she was so confident in this that she hit him in public and even worse in their car, not to mention the way he flinched at her movements, tells me she is not new to abusing him. A part of me can see being scared to leave her, but wanting to find some happiness in life. Cheating is awful, but it’s because of the betrayal between the person you love and trust. I don’t think she cares about him moreso than the power dynamic she has over him. Finding out he found someone else I can see her doing what she can to get more control in the situation again. It’s a topic to discuss I think. This is all hypothetical, but I’m throwing it out there that it is a possibility of what’s going on. She just comes off as a truly awful person and I feel so bad for the guy.
He didn't even cheat. He's a paypig. They're not in a relationship. They've never touched. She's just jealous he gave new girl money. But paypig doesn't mean they want to get abused
Honestly was thinking the same. With that way she acted and endangered people on the road, didn't give a shit about battering him in public, and was just horribly nasty, she probably is a difficult person to break ties with. I've known sisters that talk softly about their father abusing their mother and the older sister. Still talk about her cheating and finding a way out with venom in their voice. @@timebladesadly thinking about it further I am now questioning the other women also. The GF only found out about the cheating ( at least that is what the clips make it sound like) because he was sending money via Vemo. Hey Charlie a lot of other channels watched the stream and painted her as a victim and thought the guy should have been arrested for domestic rather than her. I was shocked when I heard that because it was clear that she was the aggressor. I’m happy to see that one person has enough common sense at least to say that she was the aggressor in this incident. Thanks Charlie
@MoZayik-jq7nj the one thing Charlie got wrong it seems is that they weren’t actually dating, he was a fan who sends her money the cheating part was him sending another streamer money. This girl doesn’t even have a reasonable thing to be this upset about, if these other comments are to be believed.
i really despise when someone assaults someone and people get mad at the person defending themself because they "took it too far". when defending yourself you defend yourself until the other person is no longer an issue
some people are saying he's a paypig, but honestly that changes nothing. whether he was a paypig or a partner, if he did anything behind her back it's probably because this is how she would have acted even if he was upfront and tried to leave.

yes you walk away after you make a fake yelp account and leave bad reviews at the cheater's place of work and name drop them
She made him cheating look like running through a field of flowers.
Fr. How are you 10000x worst than the person that cheated on you?
That says more about how weak minded you are than anything else
He was banging a dude named Lucas
im on his side now
he needed to run through some flowers just to take a break from... whatever this is
"Most distracted driving I've ever seen" my boy Charlie, you had no idea what was about to happen 6 months later
I love how Charlie’s video sign-offs sound like you’re getting off the phone with a homie
the iconic “ight. see ya.”
9:08 made me flinch so hard, poor guy. Hope he's safer now
Jesus Christ, Is this how shes treated him all this time?
@@kms4829 Given he cheated…
I actually don’t know, but he was still with someone else but when it comes to Cheating there’s multiple reasons why someone would do that so
@@kms4829if he cheated because his girlfriends a absolute abusive bitch then I kinda justify it.
The way she hit him was just disgusting. If he cheats on you, relationship over, you're free. Cheating doesn't justify violence. Also, wasn't her friend on the phone saying she was using this guy for money anyway? Christ, get yourself healthy.
Funny thing is apparently they weren’t even dating and she went out with other dudes for money.
I found out more this guy is a scumbag so i take back what i said need to learn not to be so reactionary my bad
Cheating is genuinely terrible and NO ONE deserves it, but he has the right to defend himself
You hit the nail right on the head at the beginning, the absolute mental disconnect that has to occur for you to think I SHOULD STREAM THIS right away is genuinely concerning, this woman is seriously mentally unwell
She DEFINITELY looks the type to do this and film it for her Facebook group to see the drama unfold. How disgusting.
So glad he fought back, defending himself, and that it was filmed. Hopefully someone saved that livestream so the police can see who's at fault.
"You hit him in my presence." SO glad the officer saw that!!!! Also so glad she was arrested!!
As a defense attorney these are the clients always asking why their case isn’t dismissed
not sure if you are one and or if you saw the full video. but you are 100% wrong. he will get charged and if its not her, its a state intrest, because he tryed to kill her. and im often in court as a psychologist since 2010 in the Gerichtshof-cologne. had many cases of abuse. he will be charged. be sure of that.
Thank you for being a defense attorney as prosecution attorney’s have a rep for being pedantic and just trying to get people in jail

A few years back, at my old workplace, a Puerto Rican fella got punk slapped on to another dimension by another dude for calling him "papi". It was a shite show, but the b**ch slap was a thing of beauty.
Id cheat on her too
3:21 OMG. I was just thinking i hope there's nobody behind her as she slaps the signal last second and blindly turns and then "hoooonk". Narcissists are very dangerous.
People that indicate last second need to be stopped
How twitch hasnt really done anything about this is beyond me, she's filming assault and endangering other drivers on the road
Twitch simps mod
@@bosunbill9059twitch mods have literally nothing to do with twitch itself dealing with what streamers do

it’s on youtube not twitch look up her name
They don't care about anything
i hope everyone involved heals and gets the help they need..
She gonna need Saul Goodman as her lawyer to get out of this one💀
Even Saul not getting her out of this shit ☠️
😐
it'd be like the first scene, where after his yapping the prosecutor just pulls up a TV and plays the incriminating video and shuts the case off instantly
It's a rare kind of stupid to be in a situation where you've been horribly cheated on and you come off as the worse person.
I’d cheat too, secure another before I breakup with the first.
It wasn't "horribly" she is a sugar baby it should have been a small break up at most grow up

@@Sans_The_Skeleton or just break up first like a normal human?
is it rare? Don't victims of cheaters murder the other person enough? I thought like half of true crime was that, lol
"Charlie's Girl is Slobberin" was one of Louis Armstrongs hidden gems. Album cover is just Charlie's face at 3:12
I find it a little funny that whenever were are judging behavior men are always held to a higher standard. "Did he need to pull her hair?" "Should he have walked after her?" He is a human caught in a violent situation in the middle of a highway. Expecting perfect response and actions in the heat of the moment from humans is insane.
Good god it is terrifying to see how she sounds so calm and almost pleasant on the phone and then immediately hits him. That is crazy
