That quote “all children deserve parents, but not all parents deserve children” or smthn really applies here. Her attitude towards her son n the situation is just so sad.
I'm an elementary teacher and there are parents who act just like this when their child needs to go home sick. These are the people raising several of these kids today. It's alarming.
Feels like this generation never grew up and are having kids while still acting like kids themselves. Future isn't looking so bright if this isn't a stand alone incident.
As someone who grew up with a mom who would always get insanely mad, screaming, yell, and worse things when I would have to come home sick or stay home sick or say that she couldn’t come pick me up, this behavior is extremely traumatizing. I feel for her child.
The worst part is, he's probably going to get so much shit for this at school, even though this is out of his control ENTIRELY. He can't help that he was brought into this world by an absolute moron.
At the beginning, I thought SHE was the child being bullied by her mother and was doing a "storytime." She chose to concieve and birth this child, yet is blatantly acting as if her son is an inconvenience to her. I feel so sorry for him.

@Litwolf9 so women aren't allowed to be intelligent and also attractive + willimg to make an easy buck that way? Cool take. About as insightful as "he has a weak stomach like all men".
I really wish would talk a bit more about how harmful misandry is, especially when it is directed at children. I feel like most of us associate the target to be some super privileged macho man (or some weak man that garners even less empathy) and think it's either "not real" or "not a real issue." But my issue has always been with the boys that get affected by it. I remember being a teenager and seeing boys around me get bombarded with the whole casual misandry thing that was a trend on social media back then. Most people dont see how they get affected by these things, it's really only something you see if you are somewhat close to them and speak with them every day.
@@_Lumiere_ Men suffer in silence. Usually we either don't have someone we could trust or get downplayed for anything that affects our mental health. Misandry is very real and it's just as much a problem for adult men as it is for young men.
@@FormulaFanboy yep, I'm just trying to appeal to people's empathy, because I think that a lot of the arguments where people claim that "misandry doesnt exist" are built on their shared feeling of holding men to this pretty harsh standard of enduring things like that. Asking for empathy for men has proven to be a difficult point to argue in the past, unfortunately.

Her biggest offense other than being a bad mother is being ridiculously cringe. All jokes aside I never thought I'd see a mother hearing that her child is sick is the biggest inconvenience.
It is though... When the kid learns making themselves vomit or cry uncontrollably lets them go home, and youre having to leave work every day, or every other day to the point of losing your job. Happened to both me and my husband. I lost my job for having to leave early everyday for about 3 weeks, and then I lost my car, then my husband lost his job for having to leave early constantly.
She clearly had him when she was 16, and she never grew up. CPS needs to check up on that kid. CPS doesnt do shit when a kid is actually in a bad family situation so I doubt anything would actually be done, it would be a different story if it was the opposite though, then they'd love to take the kid away and give them to a foster family involved in child trafficking rings
You just learn to tune it out and just leave the house I would crash at friends house for weeks at a time, as well as I let him stay at my house when he needed a place too
I had an abusive mom who would tear into me whenever I got sick in public because it "made [her] look like a bad mom." Some parents really do punish their kids for things beyond their control. It's awful.
*gets a cold* "GOD YOU MAKE ME LOOK LIKE A HORRIBLE MOM!" Yah, because your child getting sick makes you look like a bad mom, not getting pissed ab them being sick, obviously.
Throwing up because of an illness is different than puking because something churns your stomach the wrong way. The school (rightfully) determines the vomit is a biohazard sick or not, so they send the kid home. The parent then should do something to settle the kids stomach so some tums and Pepto maybe, but other than that they should be 100% fine

@supralex1 pretty sure they knew who they were since they were literally left by them as the consequences of their actions (yes both of them, surprise surprise takes a man and a woman to make a baby) hit em. I’m pretty sure kids can be manipulative if they want to be, especially over their parents. But it’s usually predicated upon the parents having that behavior so naturally the child picks up on it and then learns how to do it. It’s usually not something you’re born with.
If you don't want a child don't have a child.
I would add: If you don't ready for a child, don't have child

She's probably been leaving him at home every weekend to go clubbing and to have one night stands
Having a pathological narcissist is one of the most damaging things for a child. It typically leads to some degree of narcissistic maternal abuse and emotional neglect. The kid grows up to have serious anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and problems with interpersonal skills. I studied this for my master's degree.
Chances are the child will come out with BPD as well, as narcissistic childhood abuse often leads to the development of borderline. Just a shitty road altogether

A mother using embarrassing stories of their kids for clout is a story as old as time, but this is on another level.
Well this "mother" thought her clout would help get her coitus. It's doing the exact opposite of that. Mostly POS people like this don't ever get anyone after they've exposed themselves for being like this
Moms do be leaking darkest deepest secrets of their child in front of their decrepit gorlock the destroyer looking ass friends just for cheap laughs.
I don't think it's acceptable at any level though. I was a very sensitive kid and when I walked in on my mother sharing an embarrassing story that I specifically told her to never tell anyone about, I felt so mortified and betrayed. Children deserve dignity, even when they're too young to understand the concept.
I am genuinely sorry for the kid, what a soldier
I don't understand how a parent could think like this, like physically cannot. If my son was puking and sick I'd drop everything to bring him home so he could rest. And she's trying so hard to be quirky about it too which makes it even worse
Many parents see their children as property, like they can do whatever they want. including physical assault.
Right? One would believe no one could be this delusional, but sadly, it seems that consciousness is a rare trait to have.
Just think back to all the 2 digit iq immature children from high school, they never grew up and now are able to have kids.

I feel like this happens to me way too much, I have divorced parents which kinda sucks and it was hard at the start but I got used to it. Sadly my mom didn’t, ever since it she has become a narcissist and refused to believe she does anything wrong. An example of this would be when she was making dinner but forgot to go to the store and went on a rant on how it was my fault I didn’t remind her. When they first got divorced my dad was tough and angers easy but he was never violent and always calmed down. This is why at the start I favors my mom also becase she was less strict and let me do whatever I wanted but I grew to like my dad more. After he left for a bit and came back he decided to change and he few to become the best version of himself and I respect him for that. Sadly my mom thinks that I’m the issue and she doesn’t need to change it sucks and one time I was at the dinner table and she pushed me I told her to not do that please and she responds by hitting me in the back. I was surprised and pushed her away but that caused to go on a rant how as a man I could never fight back and that I was abusing her. this caused me to never respect her. Something else happens very recently I was talking with her and she asked a political question and when I answered she went ballistic and started screaming and yelling at me because my view was different than hers. This is why I hate parents like this.
