The Bi-Directional function is what makes this a cut above the rest, it does all ODBII functions, but also does coding and you can test so many other functions, here in the UK we reviewed this unit, and it came with 12 Months free Bi-Directional subscription, not sure that's the same Worldwide? but it's a great little unit with free general scan updates too
Cool... what I want to know is what happens if you do not pay the yearly fee .. does it limit the functionality or does it just not allow you to update to newer vehicles.. I only need for 2 DIY Hyundai cars but I would not prefer to be forced to pay for it to work for just those 2 for the next couple of years..
Thinkcar's website does say it writes to keys, but before you buy I would say send them an email to be 100 percent sure as our overall experience with key writing can be hit or miss depending on year make model 👍

I found it on my unit and performed a relearn on my 2001 Silverado. Although it's been a while I can't remember where I found it at
I think it might have been under gear learn. That seemed strange as u would think that would be for the actual rear gear ratio
