Hello, I’ve been a silent viewer for years. All the Korean recipes I’ve tried of yours are an easy success and I know you work really hard in creating those recipes. So this is what I have to say. I just made this. I substituted whole milk for the oat milk, added little heavy cream, didn’t add any yeast (or cheese), and finished it off with a dash of Samyang’s Buldark Hot Sauce. It is so freaking good!! I love the texture and creaminess of it all. It’s spicy, but not so much you can’t taste any flavor. And is super filling!! The only thing I will do next time is cook the glass noodles for less time because I think I over cooked them.

I was in Oahu a few weeks ago with my partner and thought, wouldn't it be fun to run into Seonkyoung Longest at H-Mart. I'm from Seattle, and have used several of your recipes and have enjoyed them thoroughly. Don't mind the haters! You have a following that loves you and are with you every step of the way.
I know. I've always said that plant based and vegans should occupy places like Hawaii and New Zealand. Their dedication and love for the animals is a great sacrifice to the Earth! They deserve to live in places that are beautiful and where plants grow in abundance.
This recipe sounds really nice. I have only tasted Tteokbokki once so far, but never made it myself. I also think Aburaage as a replacement for fish cake is a really cool idea, as I am not a fan of fish cake. I will definitely try this out! Thank you very much for always sharing such nice recipes. I love to watch them.
I actually make this pasta where I sautee onions then add tomato paste and gochujang 😅 then I add water and pasta and lo and behold a sweet, spicy, savoury one pot pasta 😋😋😋 very customisable too

ohhhhh finally!! i struggled to 1) find fish cake that comes in packages less than 1kg and 2) try to eat more plantbased as its better for my phosphate levels :) with my next adventure to the asian grocery, i will totally pack some aburaage and tteokbokki, and those wide glass noodles look so fun to eat!
You're the best. I especially like your chicken chow mein. Shrimp Scampi is awe some too. I am 75 years old . My wife of 40 years left me a while ago. I am now a true empty nester. I hope you write a recipe book some time. I would happily come to a book signing.
