The painting is by Bellotto, Bernardo, gen. Canaletto (1722-1780). Giovanni Antonio Canal (18 October 1697 - 19 April 1768),[commonly known as Canaletto , was a italian from the Republic of Venice, considered important member of the 18th-century. With regards to Wikipedia.

Very enjoyable music! Incidentally, I love the harpsichord! Wow, and 2 of them!

A true jewel. maybe the missing link between Heinichen, Graun and Naumann? We know very little of the music in Dresden during the early classical period.

Indeed, a very strange mix of baroque and early classics.
