I love those Sentras, they are great cars, I had a 2004 stick-shift and was fun to drive. I lost my Sentra in an accident but it proved to be a safe car, I walked out with out any injuries whatsoever. All in all, great value. Log live Nissan Sentras. Cheers.
I have the same car. The Nissan Sentra 1.8s 2004, the vergundy color as well. However, mine does not have cruise control. I thought it was really cool how you started the car with the keyless remote. Where did you get the keyless remote? Id like to buy one of those.
Got a question why after catalac converter got stoped up I took it off put straight pipe on it started blowing oil and smoke out tail pipe and runs rough
I got the same model just no cruise control. Run a scanner on that check engine light. Could be a sensor. Clean paint except for that rust on the back drive side passenger skirt looks nasty. Good car mine has 176,000 miles runs great needs a new head gasket thats it. No overheating...my paint is damaged low quality paint. Otherwise i recommend.
+G If you got a check engine light its always best to get it scan to find out what the code is it may be your EGR I got a 04 SER Spec V model and the check engine light was on when I bought it I had it checked and they said it was the EGR I fixed it and replaced the catalytic converter and the check engine light no longer stays on
I just brought a replica of this car can somebody please help me once the car is started with the key pad do you have to turn the car back off with the key then all the one
Hello, I found your video...We just purchased one of these and we were wondering...Some times the start up isn't always prompt...Is it because of the way that it is made and designed?
@@bryamvasquez3057 Thank you for your reply...Yes, I purchased a brand new battery too...These are the codes from a nearby Nissan Dealership that I took it to....pol28 (Coolant Thermostat Problem), po455 Evap system leak (large), p1273 Air fuel Sensor, 1 (B1) Lean condition... What does any of these codes have to do with how it starts up?
@@valleriarich4684 I have the exact same car. The starter is a known problem from the factory. I personally decided the best way is to leave it as is. The car will always start may be not from first try but it will usually start from 2nd and sometime from the 3rd. What I do is I put the key in and do the small turn of the key to activate the lights in the car and hold the key in position (just before starting) for a few seconds and from that position I gently start the car with a turn of the key. If it doesn't start within 1 to 2 seconds , I stop and turn the key back (no rush, very gentle), and then do it again. Just learn how to work with the starter, do not just jam the key and wait for it to start it will not start like that. I suggest you don't replace the starter but replace the battery, and then try to learn how to work with starter. I bought this car in 2013 and I still have have it, and I learned how to start the car, I 100% I can start every time even though people around sometimes think that I can't start it and then they are surprised. But I know my car and they don't, my advice is try to work with the car I think you learn to do it without replacing the starter. What you need to know is the starter works just a bit differently than other cars.

that shows that the owner knows how to take care of his car
Good review & great Sentra.
Nice little car w/ all the cool features

I forgot to mention that our trunk does not just pop like that .We have to use our key to open up our trunk .Do you think that we need a fuse?
The mantra of the 2000-2006 Sentra: Check engine light on
HA HA I only have a check wiper fluid light because my wiper fluid container is cracked and it all leaks
Exactly because it’ll cost more to fix it than the car is worth 😂
I like how the car has 187,000 miles yet those plastic rims are in perfect condition
*187,000 Kilometers not miles lol
because you know shes all about that bass
Don't know how I ended here, but damn it was awesome
This video you do I like it and also nissan sentra 2004 that's my favorite car and also I like the color too if I have money I should buy one. Okay
I LOVE MY CAR
7:04 Couldn't agree more. man!
Ive this car now
i got one with 1.8 gxe. on speedometer it have miles and km/h are smaller closer to middle
Boom clap is definitely better than all about that bass.
I have an 03 with 78K on her but ran into a head gasket issue for some reason which is sad but it’s been a good car for me since 2008
I have a 2003 Sentra GXE 1.8L. I had a head gasket blow at 80K miles. Why Nissan cheaped out on head gaskets is beyond me.
Got a question why after catalac converter got stoped up I took it off put straight pipe on it started blowing oil and smoke out tail pipe and runs rough
I just got a 2005 Nissan Sentra in white
You didn’t show how the back seat folds down
Virgin radio! Hell yea, I just got one and I did a bit to it, still working on it. since you're in southern ontario, do you live in Barrie?

Could be either a old battery or maybe something with the starter. Have you checked the codes yet

Outside of all of the codes from Nissan, should I just replace the starter anyway just to be on the safe side?
