REPEAT ZONES in Blender's Geometry Nodes = FOR-loops!

  • You saw this tutorial on my channel where we made a node group for the particle collision calculations and repeated that node group several times to get multiple calculations on a single frame

    In the tutorial I mentioned that it would be nice to have loops in geometry nodes
    Well guess what!
    Blender version 4 will have "Repeat Zones" which are just like FOR loops in programming
    Which means repeat whatever is in between the repeat input and output nodes a certain amount of times
    Now we can easily change the "iterations" value to get more or less sub-frame calculations!

    I have heard about the repeat zone in blender a lot but everyone gives examples like mesh extrusion or object transformation etc which i thought was ok but nothing extraordinary but this is a really good example.
