I mean not bad but $180,000 - $45000 for deposit is $135,000 owed. Divided by a 5 year payment plan is $27,000 a year. That’s $2250 a month and the rent only covers $1000 a month so you’re $1250 in the hole. Am I missing something?
For sure this is a marketing hype video. I like the information Conor shared, but I agree with you, Tommy. Conor said the money from renting will cover the property cost for 5 years with a little extra, but that's only if he rents it out all the time for 5 years and still pays $1250 each month on top of what he earns from renting. So, the video might be trying to make the deal look better than it really is, maybe to get people excited and sell them something with their eyes wide open. Be careful with
@@mehakjalil5714 I'm just saying that vloggers like to make things sound better than it is. And just be careful especially when they are selling you a service. It's like emotional selling.
180K total amount, 25% downpayment which is 45K, meaning u need to pay 135K in 5 years. With 1000 per month, it makes it 12K a year, and thus u would be able to pay 60K at the end of 5 years, which mean u still have to pay 135K-60K which is 75K.
Hi Conor, I was recently in Dubai, I'm not sure if you have been getting my emails but this is the information I was looking for. Love these videos on creating that opportunity between crypto and property.
If you are making 1k profit per month then it’s annually 12k assuming you manage to rent out back to back for full year so that’s 60k in 5 years. This means you will need to pay 66% of the property value unlike 35%-40% mentioned in the video?
Hi thanks for the info I was just in Dubai last week. Did you buy ready built or off plan. Is there any benefit to buy via company or private given there is no tax ? Thanks!
Could you make a video explaining the taxes for property owners in Dubai?. I understand that if you live there you have to pay 0,5% of purchasing price. Also, do you need to pay a yearly VAT ?
How are you able to buy a property in that price point. Based on Govt Dubai website, foreigners has to make a minimum investment of $540000 in order to buy one and get residency
It’s very easy to get residency 5-10k you can get a company set up and give yourself a 3 year visa. Drop me an email I can point out in the right direction

Informative. I predict you will become a realtor in long term. Do developers give interest free payment plans for 5 years or is there any catch ?
