We just bought a set of front and back samasz mowers and there’s €20k in the difference in price of krone , class , or John Deere so fuck your idea about the slip clutch .

The belt must not running in line and pushed again that outside plate and pushed it off. Like a timing belt it shouldn’t need anything to keep it from running off.

Great content Farmer Phil, definitely without fail I learn something new every time I sit down to watch your vidoes. Compared to other “entertainment” farming blogs such as Tom Pemberton, your content is definitely more useful for the average farmer looking to make use of the knowledge on your videos. Keep it up 👍
That pulley outer guide is a bad design so with your experience and input they can update the design it's just part of finding the weak point in any machine Great video Phil we all love the green stuff 💝
This the only reason why I love summer, smelling the fresh cut grass from nearby fields ready for silage ☀️
From Ottawa Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 we watch ifarmwefarm Adrian referred us to watch your videos ❤
Chains there to stop the link arms from going too low. They need to be connected from the lift arm pins on the machine to the top link of the tractor
Nice video friend keep the good work up and please keep the great videos coming friend. From Scotland 😊
Keep up the good work Philip
Great video Phil. Father Phil to the rescue. 😂. Enjoyed watching
Might be a good video idea to give a walk round the working class fergys for the younger generation 👌👌
Poor 99 is looking sorry for itself front mud guard missing and the exhaust 😢
Looks like a great crop of grass you have there Phil.
The grass is looking mighty fine.
Slip clutches not put in so it means you get a cheaper machine to buy that's the difference between them machines and your class and krone

@@SeeHowItGoessome reply to you by that nice person!
Can you angle the tedder, so you can throw the grass away from the hedges on the headlands?
Great to see you back at grass Phil
Great video Phil, always interesting. Haven't seen Lee in a while, is he still with you. ?

I would suggest coming out of float on headland turns to stop the wings drooping
🤣
we have a pottinger way belts for the conditioner, complete pain think my next purchase will be a set of mchales no belts involved all gearboxs
I'd rather change a set of belts, than a gearbox....cause I know which one would be cheaper!!
Samasz bed in a mchale

@@SeeHowItGoesah yeah but better a belt go than something mechanical
With the exhaust missing it sounds like your mowing with the 3690...
can you spray the multi grass with a pre emerging spray 6 weeks after you sow it
Great video Phil you need to put the mowers on your head lad your hair is fair thick 😂😂😂
make sure belt in line and keep it tight
Belts are shocking lately even none stretch belts are needing tensioned every few weeks to months depending on use.
Phil. Make sure you order another belt and
keep it on the shelf. Will always let you out.
Looks like you have lots of grass Phil, another long day out in the field!
Good stuff Phil, breakdowns are a pain in the arse
Just wondering did u put that machine together yet that came in de box about a month or two ago
The belt must not running in line and pushed again that outside plate and pushed it off. Like a timing belt it shouldn’t need anything to keep it from running off.
Plantain: narrow leaves, Chicory: broad leaves
Mm, i can smell the fresh cutt grass!it's smell so Nice!
If that the only prob you have with the mowers on its 3rd season it not to bad
Those tines on ur samaze tedder looks different to the tines on Tom Pembertons one. Is there an option to have the different styles?
Well come ji
Hey phil, when is the video coming from the mystery box, “A LORRY LOAD OF EQUIPMENT ARRIVED” I think the box is a rear mower
Do you not cut multiple grass as short as grass enjoyed watching
The 99 sounds class
Other side has belt too?
Do your cows have garlic mineral buckets in the fields with them

Great video. Keep up the good work.
Must be no warranty with new mowers😂
Why need the tractor running for welding
I think it's so it won't damage the tractor wiring and you don't have to disconnect the battery earth. I could be wrong
I saves disconnecting the battery. If you didn't run the engine or disconnect the battery then you run the risk of damaging the alternator
You can damage the electrics of the tractor seen it happen before on the 6480
Good stuff
Does that actually work? Leaving the tractor running when welding? I’ve heard it before but logically I dunno how that theory stands up?
It does yes we’ve blown an electrical component on the 6480 welding with it turned off
I honestly was the 1000 like of the video
Bate on😀🚜👍

Always problems when you have equipment.
Great Video Phil, what would you do without season demonstrators, thanks for sharing
Good video farmer Phil and father Phil
What country makes Samasz?
Poland
Father Phil time is short now
why dont you show the breakdowns on camera
Not recording all the time.
Could that you got dad there Great macanic phil even new equipment brakes down
would be quicker with twin mowers and going faster what speed you drive at mowing looks very slow
Bit of a bad design putting a powerband timing belt on it, you'd need some sort of slip for a safety overload surely?
There’s a shear pin on the line as well
Slow your pto speed to max 450
i like breakdowns
You clearly don't have to deal with them then
Just don’t bother lifting the Tedder on the headlands not worth the effort
Has LEE moved on haven’t seen him in the videos in a while???
Has he gone to New Zealand?
That was not Lee that was Rory and his Girlfriend. But Lee could be on holidays or on the spanners

As if they couldn't hear you coming on them backroads 😂😂
Father Phil will get to sit in his office again soon😂

Not being cheeky or anything but you did you fund buying 40 odd acres of ground when u wouldn't have been long out of school?
Yes just out of at college when I bought it
@FARMERPHIL3690 fair play.. curious to know how though 🤔 🤣
