A great baseball pitcher once observed that his job wasn't to strike batters out, but to get them out. It didn't matter that batters hit his pitches if the resulting hit resulted in an out. I've played with great short athletes who, given a set that was right for them, never were successfully blocked. Hit the ball as well as you can and let the other team make the mistakes. Your setter isn't doing his job if he doesn't give you something you can handle.

How do you speed up your swing? Shouldn't you be already swinging as fast as you can when you attack?
If u hold ur form in the air and release at the last second, ur arm will move faster to get there

Chew Justin Try to jump with both of your arms swinging up, thus changing your momentum forward to upward.
Chew Justin it takes a long time to be able to jump higher. Also, having a high jump depends on your weight, muscular strength, etc
