B2631DTC On A Nissan Sylphy Is Keeping Me Hot!! (Literally). Is it the module? Or something else?

Customer states...the AC in my vehicle isn't functioning like it should. I have been to various AC repair shops, and no one seems to figure it out. This is why I was recommended for you to take a look at it for me. Never diagnose a sun load sensor error before but I believe it shouldn't be hard to figure out. Let's see if we can assist this client with basic understanding of what this sensor is trying to achieve within the HVAC system.

It's an input to help regulate the AC speed. It shouldn't no make the AC work
