Is it possible to use the signal generator and oscilloscope at the same time with this device? On the one hand, should we apply the frequency device with the signal generator and on the other hand, see the result simultaneously with the oscilloscope?!

If you want a cheap basic scope for testing yes defiantly , i use mine all the time in the line of repairs i do.
