    To me, the way they reacted to the dogs smelling blood and cadaver is very telling. They immediately discounted the dogs instead of getting upset that that might mean their baby was hurt or dead , they got defensive . Very very suspicious.

      Well several people lived in the apartment before and after the McCanns, also those dogs don’t look for dead people but for dead meat, by itself it’s not a proof anyone died in the apartment, UK and German police agreed on that, but you Karen you still find it suspicious. Maybe do your own research, maybe develop your critical thinking because there is actual facts that explain what you find so weird. They also have proofs that they didn’t do anything and that someone else did it, they have proofs the man killed Madeleine, but you still there accusing the parents….. at this point it’s known the parents are innocents.

Then, their storey changed. No evidence of any window being broken was present. The storey then came to be that they left the door unlocked. The first storey being changed seamed odd.

    So, one wrinkle that has recently jumped out to me is Kate's TV re-enactment of her discovery that Madeleine was missing. She says: "The bedroom door where the 3 children were sleeping was open much further than we’d left it. I went to close it to about here, and then as it got to here, it suddenly slammed, and then as I opened it, it was then that I just thought, I’ll look at the children." This means that: 1. She entered the apartment and noticed the door was more ajar than usual, (but assumed Matt had left it like that). 2. Went to close the door. 3. Only thought to look at the children after the door had slammed. This is the problem. WHY? Wouldn't you: 1. enter apartment, notice door. 2. ENTER THE ROOM. Why did she go to close the door before going inside? It just doesn't work. It points strongly to fabrication.

      @@ZaphodBeeb1 Don't patronise me. It is neither 'malicious gossip' nor is it being 'not well informed' which leads to this conclusion. I followed this case from Day 1. Gerry and Kate McCann fled Portugal the minute they were declared suspects, being unable to exclude themselves with their 'ludicrous' (to use Kate McCann's favourite word) and inconsistent stories. The German and British police are irrelevant; Kate and Gerry McCann never excluded themselves as suspects on Portuguese soil where the crime was committed. The investigation was shelved due to their refusal to co-operate, and that is where it has stayed.
      They have never been able to explain the findings from the cadaver dog and blood dog. Kate 'ludicrously' claiming that she was wearing the trousers the dogs alerted to when attending to (and apparently being in awfully close proximity to) fully six dead bodies shortly before their holiday. And Cuddle Cat was apparently officiating too, since he turned up smelling of death also. Kate never denied the smell of death on these trousers. Gerry, for his 'ludicrous' part, claimed without evidence that these dogs with 100% success were suddenly 'incredibly unreliable'. He also 'ludicrously' claimed that his 2 year old son had recently taken a liking to seabass, almost as if he was anticipating the investigation finding the smell of death in their car, and was frantically looking up the internet, trying to come up with a plausible explanation. Again, not denying the evidence - desperately trying to find some sort of plausible explanation instead. (A 2-year-old suddenly liking seabass, at the very time his parents were about to be told that cadaver scent had been found in their car?? Do me a favour.)
      The evidence points to her parents having guilty knowledge of her death. That is a fact, and neither malicious gossip nor being ill-informed.

    • @ZaphodBeeb1
      @ZaphodBeeb1 Год назад

      @@lornarettig3215 You weren’t being patronised, you were being CRITICISED for not being “well informed” and using gossip in your comment. To state that the German Police and the British police are irrelevant, is just a desperate attempt to exclude the German police investigation and demonstrates your blinkered view of the case.
      Kate and Gerry left Portugal in early September 2007, approximately 4 months after Madeleine disappeared. The very fact that they were declared as suspects at that stage with no evidence against them, meant that the PJ police were floundering on the case, and the McCanns no longer trusted them. Judging by the appalling criminal records of some of the PJ detectives and Goncalo Amaral himself which became known later, then the McCanns were wise not to trust them.
      Contrary to what you said in your comment, Kate and Gerry did not have to exclude themselves as suspects (arguidos) because the Portuguese prosecutors in their Legal Summary of the case, stated that “in reality none of the indications that led to their constitution as arguidos was later confirmed or consolidated.”
      Also contrary to what you claimed, the Prosecutors in the Legal Summary stated that they archived the process concerning arguidos Gerald McCann and Kate Healy (also Robert Murat), because there were no indications of the practice of any crime under the dispositions of article 277 No. 1 of the penal process code. (Not just no evidence, but no indications of any crime ! ) The case wasn’t archived until 11 months after the McCanns left Portugal.
      Contrary to what you said in your comment, Gerry and Kate McCann do not have to explain the findings of the cadaver dog and the blood dog, because those findings were not confirmed by DNA analysis as required. Also the way in which the handler conducted the dog search was criticised in an independent report (PJ Files), by members of the Portuguese Criminal Investigation Department who viewed the video. They asked why the dog is seen to pass more than once past the objects in an uninterested way before he finally signals it, after he has already passed it several times.
      Quote from the report ; “ On one of the films, it is possible to see that Eddie sniffs Madeleine’s cuddle cat more than once, bites it, throws it into the air, and only after the toy is hidden does he mark it ? Why didn’t he signal it when he sniffs it first time?” Under the circumstances described, the alert on cuddle cat cannot be taken seriously.
      There is no evidence that Eddie, the cadaver dog, found the smell of death in the car because the dog alerts for blood as well as cadaver scent. He only alerted to the car key fob inside the car, which had blood on it as confirmed by Keela, and only Gerry’s DNA was identified there. The cadaver dog did not alert anywhere else inside the car including inside the boot.
      If the dog didn’t alert inside the boot then then that’s evidence that there wasn’t a body inside it.
      Your comment is just huff and puff, followed by bluff and blinkered opinion. If you really were serious, you’d use a serious source like the PJ Files.

The husband was to in control and arrogant. Most of all why only take Madeline when there were 2 other younger children, and why in the world would you leave your most precious assets in a room you had no eye on to go and have a dinner. Something happened and they all know and have made a pact together to never reveal anything have thought that from the beginning. Gerry is the one in control I would imagine at home as well. Also how the hell do you write a novel on your daughters abduction, and it’s amazing how she remembers the sheet being turned over in a triangle, how would you remember anything that minute, it makes me so angry that the police believe everything they have said, and continue to spend all this money. Ben needham who disappeared in Greece I think, never got this much publicity or money spent looking for him. I would like to know why. Her mother washed the cat days after her abduction.

  • @johnnyhartley4330
    @johnnyhartley4330 Год назад +20

    Blood splatter on the cat would have shown an incident had happened in that room. Hence wash it to remove that evidence. The abduction theory was done to move attention away from the flat. It seems clear that the child died in that flat, most likely from an accidental overdose of sleeping medication, most likely given to make the children sleep heavily while the parents were out drinking, knowing the other children could also be taken away if parental neglect like this were exposed. The key is to google the 48 questions they refused to answer in case they incriminated themselves. Once you read that and realise the parents refused to answer the questions that could have helped find the child if she was still alive, as they knew she was not alive, it all falls into place. Ever since they have spent their time blocking accusations against them, instead of using those funds to look for the child.

That's the conclusion I leaned toward initially. But over time, the circumstantial evidence strongly suggests she died in that apartment. I imagine it went down something like this: The McCanns approached some of their friends and revealed that Madeline has passed away through negligence. They either tell the truth to local authorities, face the consequences of being locked up for many years and risk loosing custody of their other children, OR, with their friends' assistance, they can conceal the true manner in which Madeline had perished and invent a fictitious abduction story-one that had to be broadcast loudly to other guests from the outset: "She's been abducted!" To kidnap from a residence is not a strategy most criminals would use-a shrieking young child could wake neighbors, etc. But considering that the parents left the kids recurrently, and that the kids were away at the daycare all day with other adults-VERY possible that one such rare creep realized it wouldn’t be a struggle at all. These neglectful “parents” really did make it easy.
      That said, if course, what evidence was there of an abduction? In this case, no evidence found. It remains a possibility, but it is extremely rare for an intruder to leave no evidence behind.

It's true that it's a risk where there are more people, yet if they DID cover up her death somehow they managed to do so in a crowded place. If the world was a safe place we wouldn't have such a crisis with child p. How many abuses occur in poor countries & never get reported? Washing cuddly toy says it all and cadaver dogs says it all, plus they neglected their children ,no charges for that either i hope the truth comes out so maddie can rest in peace. And there is no witnesses of proof or witnesses that madelaine was seen 2 days before it happened so there was enough time to get rid of all the tracks those 2 are the most unemotional people I have ever seen other people I saw that have a child missing they are desperate they even dint bother to look for maddie.And the first interview taken 3 weeks after maddie went missing they talked like maddie was missing for 10 years.And the way they were protected by the government is another story.And if that german man was responsible they even dint bother to go talk to him other parents would out of desperation of trying to find out what happened to their missing child.

Kate and Gerry had had a tough day as Kate was very upset with Gerry who had been overly flirtatious with the attractive water aerobics instructor the night before. Kate had slept in the children's room that night and several things point to tension between them the following day (Kate went for a solo run, David Payne had paid a visit to Kate early evening - could have been trying to mediate). Madeleine was probably anxiously anticipating her parents going out again, Gerry's patience threshold was probably very low. Exactly. I've been saying this for years. Madeleine had likely never even seen CuddleCat. Never on any of the photographs. Never figured on drawings at the children's club.
      CC was pressed into service as a McGuffin, to 'prove' the abduction hypothesis. For this to be true, CC had to now become 'her favourite'. This, KMH does, by simple dint of asserting '..was her favourite, so she must have been abducted' without giving any evidence for the clause preceding 'so'. This sort of backfilling seems to be a constant thing with KMH.

    • @quantisedspace7047
      @quantisedspace7047 Год назад +1

      There's too much in your posting for me to reply to in one go, but this:
      I am not suggesting that the McCs purchased CC on holiday.
      It is well reported that this group met up at sporadic times.
      It is fairly common for friends of the family to buy birthday presents for children, but give said presents to the parents for safekeeping until the actual birthday, by which time Payne would have gone home.
      It was reported at the time that CC was left on a high shelf. It was around the same time that it was reported that CC was a birthday present. Obviously, 'being reported' doesn't make it true but I've always worked on the principle that people in thus situation weave together a narrative from things that did actually happen, but in different places, and in different time orders. It is by unravelling these that I come to my conclusions.
      As you point out, there were no high shelves in the apartment. But, this is another of my contentions:that most of the action took place elsewhere than 5A. Based on the relative sizes of the rooms, I would posit that that apartment was that of the Paynes. As far as I know, we've never seen a picture of the interior of any other apartment which is odd, because it was known that they were all in a group and (at the time) the involvement of other T7 people was a viable possibility.
      I'd like to explain how my thought processes work but, truth be told, I really don't know. It's just the way my brain works. If you know anybody who has the capability to investigate my thought processes (hypnosis, MRI, whatever), I'm willing to participate.
      In any case, I'm not too fond of 'evidence' in the traditional sense, as I've found out that in cases where deception us part of that case, the only valid evidence is meta-evudence. E.g. the fact that such'n''such a newspaper reported X is far more important than X itself, the truth/falsity of X being a secondary issue.
      I have no interest in prosecuting the McCanns or anyone else; I just want to build a plausible picture of what could have happened, and then seek conventional evidence to support/refute it
