Why would a supposed abductor carry a child out of a window with a high drop when the back door was open? Doesn't ring true 😮
Also, there's a chair beneath that window, and in front of that a travel cot, the gap between the chair/cot and the bed is really narrow. The kidnapper would have had to squeeze himself through that gap or clamber over all that crap whilst holding a 3 year old and trying not to make any sound. It's crazy how they've gotten away with this for so long.

My french friend has this type of shutter. They are used both for shade, and as a security measure. They are impossible to move from the outside; they are specifically designed to foil burglars. Even lowering or raising from the inside, using the mechanism correctly, makes a really loud noise.

These windows are either manual or have an electric motor. You open by pulling a strap on the inside wall. There is a latch mechanism so you partially open.
Those sort of shutters are quite difficult to handle. If you dont keep the bottom level they physically jam in the frame. Once out of level, they’re a bugger to fix (speaking from personal experience). They are also noisy to open.
I dont know how easy they are to open when shut. You would need to use a crow bar to make a gap and then put your fingers through to pull them upwards.
Then there’s the glass window itself….if the shutters are fully down, i dont think you’d leave the glass window open/unlatched as little to no cool air would enter.

The sister would know what 'jemmied' means. it is a common term in Scotland for someone breaking into a property with a crowbar or similar.
I am a Londoner, and I know what "jemmied" means... I have never experienced it myself, nor personally known anyone who has, but the term was common enough in TV shows* years ago, and by some 'ordinary folks' on the streets of London.
It was mentioned in the top TV comedy show 'Only Fools and Horses'* - the 'unscrewing of the chandelier' episode)

I'm in the US. "Jimmied" is a common slang. Everyone knows what that means. And yes, usually involves a crowbar or screwdriver.
To get their stories straight, calm and really not panicked as much as I would have been - my thoughts are it happened days before. At the time I was SHOCKED they left such young children alone and SHOCKED at their immediate media blitz. It’s always made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up

The sister says the kids were checked every half hour. She repeats the not wandering off point twice like it’s a talking point - she probably wasn’t media briefed in a formal way but it’s suspicious enough to make it seem like the McCann camp wanted their ducks in a row with respect to media interviews. Did anyone ever get the mileage on the hire car? Surely can’t be hard, mileage is recorded by all hire companies, trip count. It would give a range of locations that could have been visited.
And did the check the flora and fauna plus rocks caught on the wheels or under the car etc as it might have shed some light on where they went.

You can't "jemmie" the shutters...those types of shutters are opened and closed by a pulley strap which would be behind the curtain and can only be pulled up from the inside

Gerrys sister said the twins were sleeping either side of Madeline.... but that doesn't appear to be true either coz mcannes said the twins were in cots next to Madeleines bed. Incidentally why put your 3 yr old in a bed next to a window? Even if closed at the time?

There was a true account on Unsolved Mysteries with Robert Stack about a woman at a fair, she put her stoller on the side, turned around the baby was gone- someone stole her and I don't know if they ever foud that baby.
This Madeleine was probably watched for a whiile- you know, these people stalk cruise ships, fairs, carnivals, malls for adorabel children to sell, and she was stolen and sold, not murdered.

Pay attention to all Nick’s videos . They didn’t kill her per se. An accident occurred the day prior, and they covered it up to avoid losing their other kids, prestige in their community, or prison. She likely fell off the couch and hit hear head when they weren’t there the evening prior. No one believes they intentionally killed her!

There was an old cold case solved in the us, some genealogy had revealed this 60 yr old woman had been abducted and then reunited with her parents.
Who's going to bring them to court to account for their lies. I like to believe the truth of the lie will come out.

That's why they wanted no part of the reconstruction the PJ asked for. Even by their own words the system would have looked like the whole table was playing musical chairs all night every night. The staff would have noticed how chaotic and usual that was.

This reminds me of another case. John Ramseys fingerprint on the open basement window, and Kate's on the apartment open window...and both claim an intruder came in through window, yet only their prints found. Since when is law based on what anyone “thinks”? Why did everyone just believe verbatim what J & K claimed?? It’s like they led & influenced the entire investigation and not based on actual facts. If you watch all the documentaries it started with the window theory however soon as the police asatained that it wasnt possible and there was no signs of a break in.they changed there storry to going out the door what was unlocked instead !!!! The damage to Madeline's pupil in her eye will still be that way as an adult too.
Key point of this case. If she was alive that same eye defect would be there and obvious. The fact that no one has pointed out a girl/woman with that eye feature tells us she is not alive. The fact that her parents didn't scream about that eye defect from mountain tops tells us they also know she's dead.
I believe the congenital eye defect was not caused by a specific incident which "damaged" it. It's merely semantics, yes, but might mislead some people, incorrectly, to think Maddie had suffered an incident of unknown cause.
Nobody said it was from an incident it was said the defect would still be there today if madline was still alive

This kid had a 1 in 100,000s to 1 in a million facial feature and we are really supposed to believe she's still out there and no one has said - gee, you have the same exact eye defect that missing girl had. Hmmmm. The fact the parents tried (and did succeed) to pull this with a child so identifiable boggles the mind.

I can imagine that a shocked and distraught mother may think that she saw something, or may remember something inaccurately from the night of the trauma, but once shown the evidence, why would she keep repeating it?

Shutters are common in Europe. I've been to that resort the October the year before the mccanns. There is a lot of drug crime and burglary in that area. It's virtually impossible to raise the shutters from the outside. They are noisy too. Burglars are opportunists and it's very very unlikely that madeleine was stolen.

Another aspect I find astonishing is from Kate's statement(s) is 1) They assumed the room/apartment was completely safe. 2) Upon finding Madeleine missing that assumption of safety must has evaporated. 3) Upon knowing the apartment was not safe left the remaining two children at that location and returned to the restaurant to raise the alarm. Why? Because she had no safety concerns for them.
The word is “jimmied” open. Obviously not a word Jerry’s sister uses or is familiar with. So she is repeating what she has heard about what happened.

lets say the MCCann version is true. Kate sees the Window and shutters open, Maddy gone and takes the twins and flees. Would Gerry check on his own when he hears what happened ? (Personally I would think at least 1 other male friend would come with him. I know I would). Would he shut the shutter and window ? Why ? There are no kids and he must immediately realise it's a crime scene. Would they not shut and lock the flat until Police turn up. Perhaps not Immediately. If he did shut the shutter and window, would he not say so immediately as he would surely realise he may have disturbing forensic evidence ? Might he say so to his friends ? When would they ring family back in the UK ? It's not that late (10/11 pm) and the UK and Portugal are in the same time zone ? The question is when did they stop searching and the Police take over ? I think the local arrived by 11.15 ish (about 30 minutes after the 999 call).
In that scenario, I would expect Gerry to ask the Hotel staff to call the Police immediately (within minutes of the discovery of Maddy's disappearance) as they knew she was "taken" by a stranger. Would the McCann group bother searching the Hotel or gravitate to the gate to wait for the Police. They would certainly harass the staff regarding the Police call. It's not unusual to have more than one person call. The staff called the resort manager from home around that time as well. You might expect both Gerry/Kete to be in a form of shock as well. It ought to be obvious to all the staff surely. The group of friends out to be panicking a bit too surely. The staff would know the McCanns claimed kidnapping. Would they search the hotel on the basis that they were mistaken ? They have insisted on calling the Police, which isnt normal (at that stage) for a missing child.
Since all the windows would be shut, why would the passing German crook, know which window to focus on. He would have to come equipped to break in as well. Given he's spied on the McCann group would he have NOT noticed their night time inspection shift system ? Would he not try the door into the apartment ? He would have to know which it was from spying. He might well think they left it open. I think such a cool planned brazen planned kidnapping rather implies a decent amount of information.
Clearly the McCann version spread by family in the UK the next day (fast of the mark to seek out the media if it wasn't planned already as a McCann tactic) had to come directly from gerry and kate. We see both of them's Police statements dont totally agree (immediately) and Kate's version of the curtains and door draft dont fit the photo evidence and are at best dramatic licence to get the police moving. One might think the Police would at least consider the Maddy wandered off theory and kate might want to exaggerate to get them movihng. The story then becomes fact as they cant admit they lied at all.
Before seeking media, would they not ask for Police advice on the best tactics. If kidnapped then there is a risk that publicity might cause the kidnapper(s) to kill Maddy. I dont think you wouldn't think about this question during the long sleepless night waiting to the investigation proper to commence the next day. I imagine an english speaking officer would be found (or somebody would volunteer to act as translator from the Hotel). If the Police requested silence at the outset, would you not agree as parents. Or perhaps as Consultants, you know better than these keep stone cops from Portugal ?

I know that type of blind , they are already very noisy when used normally... opening by force would wake the whole block up , I assure you . They are not sprung , but use a flat tape to lift and close , so jemmying would most likely buckle the blind or crack it if plastic .. never happened !

Only weeks prior to to evening of the 3de may there had been three burglaries in the same apartment complex In all three cases they came in though exactly the same window as all windows in the complex are the same and this without any damage You can find it on the internet in a video with a demonstration Looks easy

You can attack his videos all you like. Neither do I think he is the most authentic voice. That is his logo. I don't like it either. The content however, whist maybe not always true, states alarming facts about this case. I would only attack this content if I wanted to dismiss all his comments for a reason. The truth is, he is pointing out a large number of reasons why the McCann narrative is fake. They lied about so many things, details that a grieving family in distress would not have said or done. Their actions red flag any investigation. As a result, your comments also make your stance on this issue clear. Very clear. Thank you.

I still believe that Madeleine wasn't kidnapped I believe the same since it all started that Kate and Robert Payne were there together for a reason. After hearing about how Someone heard Robert speake to Kate how beautiful she was and bother Robert and Kate were heard speaking Madeleine private parts. Kate sedated all 3 Children that night and something else was going on in their room that night Madeleine died in that room so Robert Payne helped Kate as they couldn't call the police as yet, cause of the sedation Kate gave her. As Nd maybe seaman, CLD have been on her from Robert so they despised of her body. I really hope they find Maddie soon so the truth would be head .
