    I like that you're growing and transitioning.
    I have to say that D. Sullivan (LoadPro) has been preaching the gospel of voltage drop testing for years and it never gets old.
    Keep the videos coming.

    I'm an engineer and people have to understand that you need to start at the bottom learning how thinks work. Been doing it a Long time from a kid to nuke radar to r&d at one of the largest companies in the world and I still learn tricks so I think you're show is good for the beginning tech. Get them on the right way and good to go.
    Absolute dedication absolute loyalty+++

    LOL I paused the video when you started using in LED test lamp to comment. Glad I kept watching because you explained exactly what I was going to say about current.

    Another good video, but a technical error at 5:35 you stated that amperage gets used up across the bulb which is not an accurate statement since Amperage remains the same throughout a series circuit. The Voltage gets consumed proportionally by each resistor, according to ohms law, throughout a series circuit. Since the bulb was the 2nd resistor of 2 in the series circuit there was only a negligible amount of voltage remaining while reading the negative leg of the circuit. Recall 6 volts was consumed by the 50 ohm resistor and the remaining 6 volts consumed by the bulb. This is why the concept of corrosion or loose connectors or broken wires are so important since they represent resistance in a circuit and cause unwanted voltage drop that will no longer be available for the other loads in the circuit.

    I completely agree - a multimeter and voltage indicators are the most indispensable tools in electrical diagnostics.

    The lever in the relay is to connect the tow points with the same electrical pole . The point deginated 30 is positive. When the coil is energised the other point should be positive as well .

    So when doing a voltage drop test, does it matter what lead id on the circuit, and which is on the battery?

    Have to stop you at 5:30 when you say the bulb has used all the amperage so the test light doesn’t light on the negative side ,the amperage is still on the negative side as well as the positive side to correct your statement; the bulb has used almost all the voltage that’s why your test light doesn’t light on the negative side of the bulb in the circuit

    You essentially proved that a test light is useless for electrical troubleshooting. When using a test light you are always working under assumptions and unknown variables.
