    Lovely result Jim, and am very impressed with the vacuum chuck. Don't worry about the egg flying off as I've had more projectiles than NASA.

    With my iffy net it buffered right when the egg popped off and it was in the direction of you, first thought that came to mind is " oh crap he broke his face......" but super glad that was not the case.
    The finished product looks amazing

    Well Jim, this video not only gets a thumbs up but a MIGHTY WOW!!!
    Those pearlescant crystals really make this piece a bling and a half, setting it off wonderfully. An absolutely beautiful executed and finished piece of art, what more can be said?
    Credit goes out o both Zac for the wonderful resin blank and yourself for doing what I believe to be ultimate justice.
    Thanks for the tip regarding the speed when vacuum chucking, it's refreshing (and again credit to you), to see honesty for all to learn from when it could have been so easily hidden and omitted.
    Thanks for posting and sharing. Looking forward to your next adventure.
    Regards and best wishes. T.

      Thank you very much Tony, I’m glad you think I did Zac’s amazing blank justice. Honesty is the best policy, I need to perfect the way I use the vacuum chuck, I may try and incorporate a vacuum gauge.

    That did come out very nice didn't it. Zack gave you a good start but you finished it off beautifully. I thought you were going to leave the wood as a base. I think it would have looked good that way too. thanks for sharing.

    • @JimsonMakes
      @JimsonMakes  5 лет назад

      Thank you very much Glen. Yes a perfect Zac blank. I did consider leaving a wood base but it would have made it a less tactile piece and it is one of those pieces that is best picked up and handled to fully appreciate the blank.
