We praise the SC to Inciate SIT investigation in this all Electrol Bond's and if any quid pro quo or Raids and ask them to provide the Bonds is proved the necessary action is taken and the AG/SG whom argued in SC, why people of India need to keep the information out, should be condemned and take necessary action. After all they are getting Salary and perks from public money.
The AG/SG is not presenting at the SC , Harish salve is representing at the SC.

The Supreme Court should also freeze all money received by all Political Parties through Electoral Bonds, and also freeze the accounts of the PM's relief fund.
This fund too should be audited by the CAG, and under the supervision of the Supreme Court.

Even more advanced countries that used EVM's in the past, have gone back to the paper ballot since it was proved that EVM's can be hacked.
If the Election Commission insists on using EVM's inspite of knowing that they can (and are in all probability hacked), then the EC is complicit in favouring the present government.

Sir, I recall the promise of Doubling of income of Farmers by this Honourable PM while coming to power and the Niti Aayog 's statement which you referred to in your book(The Crooked Timber of New India) 52:59 that leaving of more than 2 crore people from Agricultural Work will improve the existing farmers income. Because China happily encroaching 4000 sq km of Arunachal pradesh, which Modi is not addressing at all. Which means china bribed him by buying electroral bonds through these loss making companies to keep quiet. This is it.
Big Corporate ( remains anonymous ) gives 💰 ➡️ Company without profits ( uses this 💰to buy Electoral Bonds) & then gives the purchased Electoral Bonds ➡️ Political Party .

Very well explained by Dr Parakala about the electoral bonds. I think SC was really irked by SG’s comment that public have no right to know about political funding. Hence SC went all the way this time and made the ruling. Also CJI put the arrogant lawyers who tried to interrupt the proceedings on the follow up hearing when SBI did not reveal the data.

Inspite of judgment being declared as unconstitutional by 7 member judges Mr Modi still defends it , will it not be tantamount to contempt of court?

If only the earlier CJI's had the guts, this Legalised Corruption called Electoral Bonds could have been stopped in 2014 itself.
