Change the oil and filter and put some Lucas oil in it and Valvoline Max Life in red jug.. It will probably run smooth afterwards. Plus all the other fluids, filters, and regular maintenance.
@approvedautos4469 Lol 😆 yes actually I am. I would really like a 61 willys then we'd be the same age, but if my truck was a year older than me my feelings wouldn't be hurt. I drive an 84 Toyota 4x4 pickup I love it but I got a soft spot for the willys pickup trucks.

In California 2030 there will be no new gas engine vehicles legally sold, I'm gonna be the guy at the intersection making all the noise!

My first rig was a 60 willys jeep pickup just like that. Oh the fun I had!
Put a 283 small block Chevy adapt it to the stock trans, Just like it would have been done in the Sixtys!

It’s not a “Jeep” it’s a Kaiser Willys truck
Just start it and let run a little bit at night in the dark and you will if the plug wires are grounding or arcing. They look old and crusty.

Sticking valves?
It was a bottom end noise, hopefully not a bad fix for the new owner, it is heading out to Indianapolis in a few days.
Something is vibrating something's got to be loose on the outside of the engine and is vibrating
