This was surprisingly good, I thought. It had decent action and a steady pace. The story was pretty straightforward, and easy to follow. It was like Underworld and Van Helsing put together. I give it a rental, and I think the critics are being a little too hard with a 4% vs. the audience, which gave it 44%.
The movie turns 6 today Skipped it 5% on Rotten Tomatoes “Loud, incoherent, and dramatically listless, I, Frankenstein is a remarkably dull fantasy adventure that fails to generate much excitement or interest in its characters."
This movie had SO MUCH potential! But the writing killed the film. The only positives I can give it was Aaron Eckhart and the opening with Frankenstein.
