What people dont seem to get about destro locks is that the damage you do soley depends on how good your tank is, if the tank pulls low, your damage is low, if your tank keeps pulling the mobs out of rain of fire ur gonna do 0 dps

The damage is kind of misleading with spiteful. It just twice as many targets for your rain of fire. Happy to see destro in a good spot again though! Keep it up!
Not sure about "misleading" but it does add some for sure
It adds a little, but in that pack there's only 6 adds that spiteful, so double is a hard sell. Increase / padded a little? Yes. Twice the targets? Not even close

This whole comment section reads like a glitch in the matrix jfc. Sick numbers man! Was especially impressed with how much damage destro deals on St, I play Arms and can deal comparable aoe dps but the st just isn't there compared to you!

Its not necessary when doing 25’s, but it does help you shorten your ramp when doing keys where the mob’s die too fast

And what is your thoughts on your pet for destro M+? Do you pick different pets for different dungeons? I basically only use destro in raid and use imp and sac him. But I'm less sure about M+ and am trying to figure out destro for M+. I'm a new player to this expac and appreciate all the help and your vids.

On bloodmallet it looks like ruby welp shell(haste) is better than voidgem. I know the trinket sims can be scuffed on bloodmallet. What do you think of the welp shell(haste) paired with the rage feather? I don't have the wispering icon. Never drops for me and never in my vault. lol. I currently run the ragefeather and voidgem both at 415. I have the welp shell trinket but I'd need to train it and upgrade to 415. But it does have leech on it... idk. Thoughts?
They are both good, whelp doesn't proc enough sadly. See which one you like and run it

Destro looks like so much fun, quick question. What's considered good dps for destro In these different Ilvls?. 350 / 380 / 410+? I'm trying to get an Idea of how well I'm doing, but looking at this I'm light years away dps wise.

@@SCP42723 yep yep, best thing is to focus on is getting ilvl, once you reach 415, you can start comparing damage
I died exactly like that on the platform with the wind elemental, tornado in the exact same spot, insta dead despite dodging 2 right before it. Not crazy!

Does a 421 icon and 421 weapon make that huge of a diff? I’m 417 ilvl equipped with a 408 icon and 418 weapon - I press the same buttons as you but my damage is so much less
actually is the movement of the adds that makes that dammge, destro does a lot of damage but the add must be almost in the same place, thing that in a pug will be very dificult to get, cause the tank is always moving the adds, so you loss a lot of damage there.

The nerf to demo is completely unjustified.
Affliction is debatable, you could argue they were doing too much st damage, but some if their performance was skewed by bugs, but demo? Wtf are they thinking?

A dps spec shouldnt never do good singeltarget dmg and good AoE dmg with the same spec (maybe just switching 1-2 Talents).
Nerfes should be bigger for Demo!

Your argument is so dumb that it doesn't even deserve to be answered to be honest. I will still do, but not really because of you, but so other people don't believe the bs that you are spouting.
Do you know what happens to specs that are not versatile and have to sacrifice significant damage in either aoe or st in favor of one or the other? It's the same exact reason why they changed arms warrior. They eventually become unviable if nothing is done about it.
Aside from the fact that it's just fundamentally not fun to have to overinvest into st or aoe in order to do well in one of those aspects.

You can go with 1 pint to all dungeons honestly
So i use feather + the crit gem trinket. but i have a hard time hitting these numbers in 417 ilvl - is this because i dont have the raid trinket or other factors like pulls and tank placement in RoF?

Tank pull is a major reason, his tank literally said "kal stresses me out with destro, can't kite for shit". Which means his tank is actively trying not to kite so RoF can do max dps

There's actually a to much warlock haters because pi is always better for warlock espescially when Demonology is in good situation, its not good for theses guys if warlocks take buff and Shadow priest is meta and pi us !

Most use a macro that just puts it where you have the cursor to save the extra click
Once your comfortable with the radius you should do so

So glad their nerfing demo, it clearly wouldve bursted that pull way higher than destro, and broug way more overall. As the devs said, it is the best AOE spec at the game atm. Cant have that being a thing in keys. Destro definetly underperforming, we have to buff it!

I'll never understand why people say warlocks need buffs then I see videos like this. Like honestly the people asking for buffs for warlocks maybe just suck as playing the class
this is destro's best dungeon by far... any spec with uncapped AoE absolutely blasts here and with the free 5% haste as well its no wonder damage numbers are so high.
