Regarding intimacy, according to the Scripture quoted above, the husband is commanded to yield his body to the sexual needs of his wife, the same as his wife is to yield her body to the sexual needs of her husband.
Moreover, there is no justification for rape found in anywhere in the Scripture; but the opposite is found in 1 Corinthians 7:5 KJV:

God made sex for two purposes namely for procreative purposes and unitive purposes (meaning to deepen the love and bond between the spouses)
However one must never separate the procreative purposes of sex from it's unitive purposes because God never intended for the two to be separate. For every act in marriage to be chaste it must meet both the procreative and unitive purposes of sex.
Let's take IVF for example: it's procreative but it's not unitive because there is no sexual union which takes place between the spouses which bonds them together. Therefore it's not within God's will because it separates the procreative purposes of sex from it's unitive purposes.
Birth control does the opposite of IVF. The sexual union takes place but it's closed off to procreation thereby rendering the act sterile. So birth control separates the sexual union from it's procreative purposes.
Let's take BDSM as another example. It is possible for BDSM to be procreative but hitting, choking, tying up your spouse during sex does not bond you together so it's non unitive and therefore BDSM should also not be practiced in a Christian marriage because it also separates the procreative from the unitive.
Unnatural sexual acts like oral sex, anal sex, hand jobs and sex ect. are all non procreative and non unitive so it's not within God's design.
Not saying God wants us to conceive every time we have sex but we should at least be open to life resulting from that act so if it is impossible that a baby could result from the act you are doing or it's contraceptive then it's wrong.
People can look up natural family planning instead of using birth control.

Not everybody believes in the church’s teachings. People do not have the vow of chastity to God . The human nature according to God’s law is procreation. I would also add, if this is both self-giving, unitive and open to life? Are we becoming one body? Are we open to life? The procreative aspect is not always present due to women's natural cycle, but if intentionally removing unitive aspect and/or procreative through barriers or contraception, then it's denying one or both aspects of sexual act.

Have you ever seen God blessing a sexual act that HE would call sin ? Has he ever blessed two men having sex together ? They had to be put to death .
In Deuteronomy 22:28 the man who rapes the betrothed woman is put to death because he committed adultery but the man who rapes the virgin is not put to death because sex before marriage can be easily fixed . God does not condemn rape itsefl but examines and judges if the sexual act is sinful or not.

God would never have blessed polygamous men if polygamy was a sin in his eyes.
And he would have put to death the man who raped the virgin if rape was a sin in his eyes.
From what we read , polygamy , rape and sex before marriage (as long as it is fixed with marriage) are not sexual sins in his eyes.
We cannot define ourselves what sin is or is not.
Most of the time , what is preached from pulpits is not what is written at all.

You are correct. What needs to be said is that consent is given when the wife says "I do" and it needs not be considered after that. For a wife to tell her husband no to sex is 100% SIN.
If she has something physically wrong with her then she can explain that to her husband and let him make the decision. The bible makes it clear that "The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does;: (1 Corinthians 7:4).
It's not just about consent but about God's design for sex.
God made sex for two purposes namely for procreative purposes and unitive purposes (meaning to deepen the love and bond between the spouses)
However one must never separate the procreative purposes of sex from it's unitive purposes because God never intended for the two to be separate. For every act in marriage to be chaste it must meet both the procreative and unitive purposes of sex.
Let's take IVF for example: it's procreative but it's not unitive because there is no sexual union which takes place between the spouses which bonds them together. Therefore it's not within God's will because it separates the procreative purposes of sex from it's unitive purposes.
Birth control does the opposite of IVF. The sexual union takes place but it's closed off to procreation thereby rendering the act sterile. So birth control separates the sexual union from it's procreative purposes.
Let's take BDSM as another example. It is possible for BDSM to be procreative but hitting, choking, tying up your spouse during sex does not bond you together so it's non unitive and therefore BDSM should also not be practiced in a Christian marriage because it also separates the procreative from the unitive.
Unnatural sexual acts like oral sex, anal sex, hand jobs and sex ect. are all non procreative and non unitive so it's not within God's design.
Not saying God wants us to conceive every time we have sex but we should at least be open to life resulting from that act so if it is impossible that a baby could result from the act you are doing or it's contraceptive then it's wrong.
People can look up natural family planning instead of using birth control.

I think as long as the sexual activities are kept strictly between the husband and the wife, and no one else, nothing is really off limits. It just matters what each person is comfortable with.
