'Many people, after meeting Superior Spiderman, could sense Otto wasn't the genuine article. Frank has had enough run-ins with Spiderman to know he would NEVER adopt an approach the Punisher would approve.

Yeah Frank thinking Peter Parker would punch someone's jaw off doesn't track for me. Should have been warning signs.
Castle and others should also have noticed how Parker's speech pattern, words used, his vocal tonality were drastically different from his normal character also....as Otto he speaks with a more mature older bearing than his usual 30ish casual speech. But writers have to frame the story as they will.
@@dunbarf2413 They were vary of it but they put it on him being stressed out. It was not first time Peter went to gray areas that are closer to darker ones.

@@raeldrews1187 eventually punisher has had a lot of run ins with people with enhanced senses that he knows how to counter and trick them.
With wolverine, frank knows logans invincibility, enhanced healing and smelling factor is a big threat for him and there's no way Frank can survive toe to toe with him, frank overwhelms the healing factor and pins wolverine to the ground with a steam roller to buy some time, and before that he shot logan in the face with a 12 Guage shot gun and used a mac 9mm and a baseball bat to logans nuts to slow him down(this is Frank's ability to improvise along with his prep)
With daredevil frank can actually go toe to toe with him and the only factor matt has against frank is his super hearing. Frank uses sonic waves to paralyze matt and knocks him out.
With spidey the very first encounter they had frank fought tooth and nail to defeat spidey and from there on he knows spidey has superstrength and has held back several times frank has always used it to his advantage.
So to simply say plot Armour is Frank's greatest weapon is very biased. People just underestimate him too much to his guns.
Tbh he's the most formidable non super powered individual and comes very close to batman I'm terms of formidability

This was pretty cool. I often wonder the justification for why other heroes don't take down Castle. I asked a cop friend of mine once what he would do if he caught the punisher. He told me he'd buy him a coffee and let him go.

@@whiteeye3453it is also because Punisher believes that criminals, pedo, rapist, child rapist and many more horrific people in the world needs to get a bullet in their head without any Mercy and wants their death most painful in every way which is mostly needed in this world and many people agree with it. Where as Superman is the representer of hope he believes that everyone has good in them he encourage people to not loose hope in any situation but if by chance if these two character meet each other Punisher is gonna have a high respect for this dude and his morals and maybe they become best friends.
Even if you do the arrest the Punisher he's just going to kill every person in prison with him. And then escaped like every other villain.

Flash Bangs have always been a weakness Spider-Man has. If it doesn't blind him, the sound of 12 grenades off all at once definitely disorients him as Spider-Senses.
He had some bad guy gas in him that was messing with his Spider-Sense !
I forget if SS had spider sense, that shot would've surely triggered it. 🤔

Marvel loves punisher so much, a vigilante who pretty much just a really good fighter and kills bad guys has seldom ran into a bullet proof villain apparently. The few bulletproof villians Punisher has run into seem to fight Punisher near some magical mcguffian or sc-fi plaster whats-it that allows him to win and later kill god or whatever.

After he erased Peter's consciousness, he was moved by Peter's life and decided to make sure he carried out his will while in his body.
@@FernandoComicsOfficial Felt like it was bad plot device to make another spiderman, but then I discovered I never actually thought what was Doc Ocks motivation. And googling gives different answers depending on his version but always that he's insecure, tries to show off how powerful he is and killing everyone who wronged him.
And here he already killed his annoying enem, is as powerful as he can get, and there is no motivation left to act like he did before.
With such pitiful motivation feels like the guy could use some of that Sandman treatment from Spidey, but I guess too arrogant to admit his whole life style is outright sad.
Please tell me that the intro can be made into T-shirts! 👌🏾

Spidey is right there. Frank Castle is as much a murderer than the Kingpin, or Bullseye or Crossbones. Tragically. Frank doesn't understand he's not a hero nor an anti-hero, he's one of the bad guys deluded of being a good guy. And, tbh, I love that s***!

Punisher beating half of the people he beat is nothing more then the hundresd of tons of plot armor het gets from time to time.
